A nice hood where you can place a huge number of beach lot properties. 82 3x5 lots ,62 4x5's,50 5x5's or 40 6x5's. You will need a neighborhood camera hack to see everything but even without it you should be able to place a crazy number of lots. There's even a place for a secret lot.

If you're not sure about how to install this new neighborhood just place all the files in the zip into your My Documents/EaGames/Sims2/SC4terrains folder and you should be good to go.
