This is a second verison of my first neighbourhood creation without trees. It is available in all four terrains. This neighbourhood does show in a different view than the previous version. for those who use the default Maxis camera. I created this version after reading Wolfsim68's blog post.

Newhaven is a village for those nautical but nice sims, this village has a marina for boats, cliffs for cliffside homes, plenty of coastline for beachside mansions and resorts. You can use this hood with or without a camera hack.

This University Village has plenty of room for dorms and across the river there is plenty of room for those sims who prefer to live closer to town, where they can shop and unwind at the local bar. You can use this hood with or without a camera hack.

Here is my new decorated neighborhood, i have named it Stonebridge, as it has a lot of stone bridges. If you prefer a more european name you could rename it Steinbrucke, which means Stonebridge in German. You can use this hood with or without a camera hack. The zip file contains SC4 terrains and the decorated hood.
