Redo of Maxis' Pleasantview neighbourhood terrain with added roads and a couple of beach lots without changing much of existing terrain. Players can use neighbourhood surgery (SimPE) to change existing hoods that use the original terrain to add more roads and beach lots without losing your game.

The itch to do some mapping finally caught up with one, so time for a new component to my "Simology" set. A good smattering of heights, sea level and beach front zoning with a bit of cliffs and a few mountains with a nice cove running between oceans. You will need a camera mod to fully utilize this map, don't worrie my lovely's it'll only hurt once. ~Anj

I wanted an all-in-one suburb that had a beach and a rustic lake, so I tweaked Twikkii, removing the small peninsula that jutted from one corner, then added a lake and more roads. It comes completely clean, no trees or other neighborhood decor, so you can landscape it however you prefer. Enjoy!

This is the first SC4 Terrain that I've uploaded to The Sims Resource. Paragon Park has a mixture of terrain levels including some hilly parts and lots of flat areas with a lovely beach view. Unfortunately the beach is too far away from the road to be used in this neighbourhood.

A nice hood where you can place a huge number of beach lot properties. 82 3x5 lots ,62 4x5's,50 5x5's or 40 6x5's. You will need a neighborhood camera hack to see everything but even without it you should be able to place a crazy number of lots. There's even a place for a secret lot.
