This is the first SC4 Terrain that I've uploaded to The Sims Resource. Paragon Park has a mixture of terrain levels including some hilly parts and lots of flat areas with a lovely beach view. Unfortunately the beach is too far away from the road to be used in this neighbourhood.

A nice hood where you can place a huge number of beach lot properties. 82 3x5 lots ,62 4x5's,50 5x5's or 40 6x5's. You will need a neighborhood camera hack to see everything but even without it you should be able to place a crazy number of lots. There's even a place for a secret lot.

Welcome to a magical land, with 3 levels to play on. The 1st is all beach with a small community area at the point. The 2nd is a large city grid, perfect for city buildings & suburban homes. The 3rd is set at the base of the hills making it a perfect rustic setting.

A small island neighborhood, Isla Tourista is the perfect holiday destination! It will hold quite a few lots and beach lots may be placed on the areas by the water, as shown. There are no trees or neighbourhood decor to the island so that you may decorate it to suite your vacation destination.

Another island in the Miho Island chain, from the mouth of a sunken crater, the rim still above the water, is a love beach/port town. On the southern side is the upper cliffs of another island, while to the north-east a former volcano mesa is the perfect place to situate an observatory and weather research facility.

The 3rd in the Miho Island series, plenty of beach space with the upper cliff areas that connect to the area shown in Miho island 2. Makes for a great residential area, but also be a nice downtown commercial area for your sims to come hang out at the stores, or visit the beach side night clubs.

This 4th installment in the Miho Island series has all the settings for either a scenic place to live or a diverse vacation spot with the main area of the neighborhood raised above sea level in the cradle of mountainous cliffs and plateaus, while the beach area for arrivals or resorts add that final touch on connectivity to the other islands and the mainland.

Newhaven is a village for those nautical but nice sims, this village has a marina for boats, cliffs for cliffside homes, plenty of coastline for beachside mansions and resorts. You can use this hood with or without a camera hack.
