Welcome to the old-world village of Rosedale..There is a centralized downtown area, perfect for shops and cafe's. Many of the lot locations are very secluded, including waterfront & hilltop properties...Rosedale is the perfect setting for any of my old estate homes and my 'Rosedale' community lots.

This neighbourhood has a centre square in the middle of town which is a 3x3 sized lot. It's a medium size terrain with lots of room to build. It doesn't require a camera mod to enjoy, but if you use one, there's a beach across the front of the terrain & there are mountains across the back.

This neighbourhood has 3 levels with 3 separate community areas. The community area closest to the beach is slightly larger than the other 2 & the centre square in the middle of each one is a 3x3 sized lot. This is a huge neighbourhood & requires a camera mod to view the entire terrain.
