Made as a request for Dagmar, this lot already comes with a hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, boutique, gym and hairdresser. One of the buildings is still unfurnished, just in case you want to have fun decorating yourself. :) *No hacks, Maxis content only*
Notes: Because this is a 5x3 lot, you should be aware that it may slow down your game considerably. I advise you to test it in build mode first and, if necessary, lower your graphics/performance options.
