Third starter lot of the Big Family series. Maxis made it almost impossible, but now you can play big families with a starter budget of 20.000 simoleans. This lot can accommodate up to 6 sims (preferably 1 couple, 2 children and 2 teenagers). Enjoy! *No Hacks, Maxis content only*
Notes: The value of the objects in this lot has been decayed, which is why the lot is so cheap.

To those who have the same doubts as wetninja, I need to inform that it is against TSR's policy to upload character files inside lots, so the Ivers Starter or any of my other lots at TSR DO NOT include any of the sims you see on the previews. I do include sims only on previews to show that the lot has been tested and played before uploading. I hope this clears things out for you guys! Have fun playing with your own families!
