Thanks for commenting. I've done these roofs a number of times. I'm happy the size of the lot works for you, and you'll probably spend a lot of time with this home. It's effectively realistic and gets me involved with the sims just as much as previous designs, but strangely better than many I've done so far. I especially like the proportions of the rooms and the design of the extended area with a dining room, patio, and upper bedroom with its deck.

Where you see the end table in the photo, you may place a fireplace if you like. I had thought with this floorplan that whatever possible basement would be the right place for a woodburning stove, but with it being a loft, it makes sense to place one there on the first floor.
