Please read the description carefully. This works only together with the reflective walls and floors (See complete set).

If it's flashing blue, you've forgot to include the shader file in your downloads folder. If the reflective walls and floors are simply black, you've forgot to enable mirror reflections in your game settings. And if it's a bright blue, then you see simply the sky and have to lower the camera angle.
