The house is surrounded with a pool, has a driveway and private beach access. I've tested this lot in Twikkii and Takemizu (I'm not sure i've spelled it right, but you know what i mean), so it can be placed in those 'hoods for certain. Hope you like it!

This old building doesn't seem to be worth anything, and certainly not worth a visit! If you do dare to enter and manage to find your way around, you're going to be mighty suprised! The building hides an exclusive club for jetsetters that want to cruise the hoods. Open all night. Enter at own risk.

A city hall for your sim neighbor hoods. 1st floor is Greeting and Information floor. 2nd floor is Mayor/Governor Assistant floor. 3rd floor is Library Archives floor. 4th floor is Mayor/Governors quarters which also includes a mini kitchen and conference room.

Notes: You may change the floor plan and landscape to your liking, but NOT the foundation or exterior. The "sethighestallowedlevel" cheat was used to place the tower on top.
