Life is A Beach... That's certainly true for this beauty here. It will fit perfectly on the community beach lot in Sunset Valley, right under the Wolff estate (which I bulldozed, to get the owners of this house some privacy). To place the lot you will first need to BULLDOZE the entire beach lot. Yes... go ahead... we builders LOVE that bulldoze thingy. After you did that, you can change that lot to residential and place this house.
This house is fit for a small family. It has 2 bedrooms. I think you could place a bed somewhere up in the attic, but my Howard lives there alone. He hated it when I threw him out because I needed to upload the lot.
Kitchen is downstairs. It is the most refreshing and sunny room in the house. The living room is one flight up, and so are the two bedrooms. If you have any problems placing this lot just send me a PM
