Installing Sims 3 Custom Content

The default download option is to download the Sims3Pack file (several files if a Set) holding the custom content as a ZIP. This is done by clicking the button with the green arrow. Once you have downloaded the ZIP, you have two options:

1) Double-click the Sims3Pack file(s) in the ZIP to install it immediately.

2) Extract the file(s) to the "My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 3\Downloads" folder. From there they will be installed the next time you launch the game.
