Bess loved playing the sims since it first came out in Aus in 2000.
She also enjoyed reading, she loved learning new things and was very knowledgeable in all areas.
She enjoyed listening to music (almost always Muse and Counting Crows) and was obsessed with the show Black Books and knew pretty much every line in every Simpsons episode.
She also adored her cats, Bitsy and Moe.
History was her life, as well as writing, she had pretty much finished her first manuscript and was preparing to send it away.
Bess passed away on January 4th, 2010. She was only 20.


My name is Mae - Ella. I'm Bess' older sister (only by ten months) and I am setting out to finish all the creations and stories that Bess had planned out in her notebook before she passed on.
Thank you to everyone who has expressed their condolences, it makes things easier to know people are there to give support. I hope that I can keep Bess alive through her work and hopefully my attempts, at the things she would have done perfectly, aren't completely hopeless.
I look forward to becoming a valued part of the community that Bess was so fond of.
