Description
My 1st attempt to build a Bluewater District coastal home. Custom content on the landscaping and modular stairs. Place on coastline to the ocean and the water will come up on lot. Many thanks to the creators for making my game fun. The file has been cleaned with the Sims 2 clean-installer.

Please read "Installation instructions" for links to install the modular stairs. The stairs will not show without these instructions..
