Hi, you need the cep to see any recolours in your game. When you install it it automatically puts a file into your downloads folder. Hopefully that will solve any problems you're having with the set, let me know if there's still a problem and i'll have someone check the files in case.

WOW. I didn't know I could download Sims until I saw the "SIMS" in the downloads sections :D WELL, Just downloaded a bunch of them and I hope they all work in the game.
