Enjoy =). The next morning Melissa made her family breakfast like she did every other morning at their old house.
It was a few days until Helen's birthday and Melissa wanted to go to the local toy shop to buy helen some birthday presents.
"remember to take your lunch also it's on the kitchen counter top" melissa said concerned.
"don't worry mum, i won't forget" Chelsea promised and ate up all her breakfast.
"i'm quite excited" Chelsea admitted after a while, she knew she would get on in her knew school and meet some lovely friends. "speaking of which ..." Chelsea chimed in. The bus driver beeped it's horn.
"i hope you have a lovely day dear, me and your mum will see you when you get back" Mr Jones smiled and kissed chelsea goodbye.
"Oh i can't wait" Chelsea bit her lip as she got up and changed into her usual clothing.
She then grabbed her lunch said her goodbyes and left the house. Chelsea headed onto the bus not before waving goodbye to her parents and then the bus driver welcomed her onto his bus. "right my dear, it's time for me to go work as well" Charlie stood up from the chair and caressed Melissa against her soft pale cheek.
Melissa couldn't say anything, she felt like a college girl again and couldn't help but blush.
"I'll miss you darling ..." Melissa said timidly.
"I'll miss you more" Charlie soothingly spoke. He then pressed his soft caressing lips against hers, she automatically flung her arms around him embracing the warmth of him.
"i really have to go..." Charlie urged not wanting to come from Melissa's arms.
He finally left, got changed and headed for work in his work car. And then drove off with a goodbye. When everyone else was gone, Melissa occupied Helen with food whilst she needed to do some jobs. Then She washed her face so she wouldn't get spots. She then brushed her teeth, after she finished they looked pearly white. Melissa then got changed and straightened her hair. She then took out the mail.
"Oh great, bills again" Melissa sighed whilst taking them inside her house and putting them in a place she would remember. And finally she Made her bed up, whilst doing Chelsea's also. Charlie had forgotten to ring the maid yesterday, but Melissa didn't mind doing this. Once she had finished is all it was 1 A.M, so Melissa changed Helen ready for their little shopping spree.
"Come on my darling we are going to go out and have a little fun of our own " Melissa cooed to Helen whilst changing her into her casual clothing. The car finally pulled outside of the latest new local toy shop - Storytime Kids.
It sold basically everything for kids, and toddlers and babies.
Melissa walked over to the back doors of the car.
"Ok now mummy will be back in 10 mintues, ok?, mummy has to go get something so don't worry, just wait in the car, and i will lock all doors, just in case" Melissa said in that kind of 'mummy' tone. Then she headed inside of the shop. First melissa looked at all the toys for children.
"this looks ... interesting ." Melissa said a bit puzzled at the toy at the bottom of the shelf. "I do think helen would love this" Melissa grinned refering to the panda like chair. She then looked at the toy boxes.
"this looks to ... boyish maybe something girlier would suit helen" Melissa thought. She then looked at the childrens clothes.
"these look nice" melissa said picking up an item of clothing.
"i bet she'll love this" She smiled. She then headed upstairs on the lift into the furniture section.
"these beds look quite plain to be honest, but the spreadings are adorable!" Melissa cooed.
Once buying all the stuff she wanted, she put everything in the boot, and then headed back into the car.
She gave Helen a bottle of milk.
"here you go darling, mummy's back, i bet you'll like your birthday, a yes you will, a yesh you will" Melissa gushed in a girly voice.
She then put the keys in the ignition and started the engine. And she was on her way ... to home.
The two got back for at 5 minutes to 3 PM thankfully just before Chelsea would be coming home.
Once getting out of the car Melissa took out Helen and took care of her first.
"i'll store all the presents until the day of your birthday" Melissa said whilst taking helen out of the car. Melissa decided to make some Lunch meat sandwhiches for like a lunch/tea. But Melissa will have her tea properly when Charlie comes home from work at 10 P.M.
Chelsea finally got home from school, but as she walked inside the house she bit her lip anxiously.
"Hey Hunny, how was your first day of school?" Melissa asked quite sweetly.
"It was fun ... i met this real nice girl named Jamie.
"Well i'm very pleased my oldest daughter has had a lovely first day at school, what about your report card ... how did ya do?" Melissa asked. "Uhmm, see there's kind of a problem ... I got a c+ mum" Chelsea just told her mum very quick hoping she wouldn't notice.
"Young Lady!, how could you have such a low grade ... didn't we teach you well enough?"
"no mum, it's not that..."
"Ok ... I will give you the benefit of the doubt as it was your first day of all ...But as soon as you've had tea young lady you do your homework ok?"
"Yes mum ..."
"good girl" "I made you Lunch meat sandwhiches." Melissa changed her attitude, not wanting to upset Chelsea. And she was back to her normal old self.
"Oh they are my favourite.." Chelsea grinned excitedly, even though she was very miserable that she got such a low grade on her report card.
Whilst they were eating Melissa 'proposed' something.
"Would you like to bring your friend over for tea tomorow?"
"I'd really! love that mum, i will ask her tomorow but i am unsure yet, she might not want to."
"Ok hunny, remember it's your sisters birthday in two days anyways ..."
"yes i remember" Chelsea sighed.
"Don't worry darling, we'll all have some fun, playing games and such."
"ok mum" Chelsea shrugged. When Mellissa when to find Helen to potty train her, Helen was hugging mittens as if she were a cuddly toy.
"Miwwens cuddly" Helen said.
"Yes, we all know that darling" Melissa chuckled as she headed towards Helen to pick her up. At 7 P.M Melissa put Helen to bed.
"Goodnight me dear" Melissa smiled warm-heartedly.
"Night night mu-mmy" Helen said quite sleepily.
"now you get some rest" Melissa whispered. Whilst Melissa was watching T.V, it striked 9 P.M.
"Night mum, i'm going bed now" Chelsea said in the most cutest voice.
"Come over here darling and give me a kiss" Melissa stood up. Chelsea gave her mum a kiss and said goodnight, then headed to bed. For the hour, Melissa was reading the rest of her romance novel, 'Dating Lee'. She was really enjoying it.
But it was very quiet and she felt quite lonely. It was too late ring up her new friend, maybe she could do that tomorow. When it reached 10 P.M. Charlie came home from work.
"Oh you've finally arrived" Melissa said quite gladly.
"Hey darling, How was your day?" Charlie asked Melissa longing to embrace her once more.
"It was busy ..., yours?"
"Boring .."
"i'm very glad your back babe" Melissa smiled sweetly as she snuggled into Charlie. Charlie wrapped his arms around Melissa back and caressed her lips.
"Hmmm, i've been longing for that all day" Melissa spoke relieved, once she came from the kiss.
"Me to" Charlie sighed with relief. "So how have the kids been?, how was Chelsea's first day?" Charlie asked like he did every day after he came home from work.
"Oh Helen was a little Angel, like always, Charlie said her day at school was fine, she met a new friend, but ... on her report card she got C+" Melissa frowned.
"Oh it doens't matter, it was her first day after all" Chalire said unbothered.
"You do spoil her charlie ..."
"Let her off ok ... and uhm speaking of ... well not speaking about this at all, i need to tell you something" Charlie gulped whilst chewing slowly on his food.
"What is it charlie, spill it out ..." Melissa asked curiously.
"I'm going into work late tomorow, about 8 PM, .. and i'll be coming home about 2-ish in the morning, till the weekend..." Charlie answered with an un-easy smile. Melissa frowned.
"Why!?, who told you this?, this will mean you won't be seeing your grow into a child for long ..."
"I know darling, i'm just sorry i can't get out of this .. i will either get a promotion after which will mean, i will be ale to spend more time with you and the kids after that ...hoepfully" Charlie said trying not to sound worried about it.
"But don't worry, i promise, at the weekend, i will take Helen out as our little treat and we can go whereever she likes ..." Charlie smiled.
He then looked deep into Melissa's eyes, which then she couldn't control anymore, her fierce eyes weren't working on charlie and she suddenly melted like butter does, she looked back into his eyes and smiled calmly. As they both got into bed, Melissa lay down and Charlie cuddled up to her.
"Don't worry babe" Charlie sighed through exhaling breaths. The next morning, Melissa never bothered with getting up for breakfast. She was obviously so tired from the lack of parenting it wore her out. Chelsea made herself some cherios and got herself ready for school.
When the bus came she finally left the house.
This awoke Charlie. But Helen was also stirring by that time. Melissa never even opened one eye let alone waking up.
Charlie felt sorry for his wife, she did so much she must have been tired out for such a long time.
So he decided to take care of Helen for the day.
Het got Helen Dressed and started learning her how to walk.
And um, the butler got a little ... friedly at times, O.o . When Melissa finally awoke, at 11 A.M, she got changed then burshed her teeth. She then heard Helen giggling, it came from her bedroom (Helen's). As she walked into Helens bedroom she saw Charlie, snuggling up to Helen.
"You two looks so alike it unbelievable" Melissa gushed.
"ma ma" Was all Helen could say.
Charlie put Helen down.
"Isn't she so adorable?" Charlie grinned, he was so proud of Helen, it wasn't that she was .. different in any sort of way he was proud of both his daughters. But helen was the only daughter there at the moment. "You are such a wonderful father" Meliisa sweetly kissed Charlie, not wanting any other man in her life. She couldn't love him anymore than right now.
"And your such a wonderful mother" He grinned cheesily.
They both laughed and embraced each other with a hug. "you know, if it's ok with you, maybe i could spend the day with Helen, cause i won't get to see her much when she grows up tomorow.. and then you could like read that book you were reading what is it now?" Charlie asked curiously.
"Dating lee"
"yeah, dating lee, well maybe you could do that or something else of your choice?" Charlied asked not minding one bit.
"Are you sure?, i mean i'd love for you two to bond more but i don't want to put all the stress on you hun" Melissa bit her lip.
"No, i really don't mind" Charlie shook his head.
"Oh, alrite then " Melissa nodded, gave charlie one last kiss and went downstairs. First of all, Melissa did some sewing. She was sewing a pot holder for one of her most loved pots. After succesfully doing that. At 1 A.M Melissa then deicded to carry on reading her novel. And then she called her friend, Jaimie. They had a great chat and it was much fun to.
"So you will be around tomorow?, yes..."
"uh sure, yes ok i will"
"oh great!, the party will begin at like day time, and there will be cake and balloons, it'll be a blast" Melissa grinned in a cheerful tone. Mean while Charlie was teaching Helen how to walk.
"yes good girl... your getting it"
"da da" Helen would repeat and she would end up walking over to him.
"Oh my!, you wonderful little darling!, you are a perfect angel, No you my! perfect angel" Charlie would scoop Helen up in his arms then would squeeze her tight.
Helen just giggled like any normal girl would. Then Melissa chose to take a swim in their swimming pool for an hour or so. And half an hour later Chelsea finally arrived home from school.
As she tore open the envelope of her report card, she felt a little satisfaction, but not enough.
"It's not that bad i got a B..." Chelsea paused, as she got off the bus. He friend di agreee to come to her house but now for long as it got dark early now-a-days.
"Your my best friend, Christina" Chelsea giggled as they hugged. Don't they look such good friends?. Then they decided to play mary-mack, which at this point Melissa was upstairs changing into her normal clothes. Then Chelsea did a head stand and showed off in front of Christina.
"Look what i can do!" Chelsea bragged.
"Wow!, i wish i coudl do that" Chrisitna gasped with excitement.
"It's really quite easy" Chelsea shrugged. But an hour later, when Melissa was finally ready to meet Christina, Christina had a phone call from her mother saying to leave.
"It;s too late mum, you missed her" Chelsea sighed.
"Oh my i am truly sorry darling, didn't she want to stay for tea?" Melissa asked puzzled.
"it's not that, her mother wanted her in..." Chelsea said dissapointed.
"Oh well maybe next time hunny pie" Melissa said. Later that night Charlie finaly went for work, but not before saying goodbye.
"I'll see you in the mornign hun cause i just feel really tired..." Melissa spoke after they kissed.
"That's fine babe, and i will see you little princess in the morning also, and behave" He said talking to Chelsea.
Chelsea nodded her head obediantly, she loved her father with all her heart and all she wanted to do was make him happy. With a wave goodbye, Charlie finally left, but in the family car, his work car was taken in for repair in the car shop. Melissa then prepared tea for Herself and Chelsea. She was making Lobster thermidor.
"I love this i hope i can actually enjoy it" Melissa hoped. Melissa and Chelsea sat at the table eating their tea.
"Today was good, i just finishe dmy homework mum, i got a B though on my report card" Chelsea said being honest to her mother.
"Don't worry hunny pie, that's quite a good grade." Melissa smiled kindly. Chelsea smiled back. After tea, Melissa bathed Helen and got her ready for bed.
"You have a big day tomorow, growing up into a big 6 year old" Melissa cooed to her daughter.
"Me 6 tomowow" Helen said in her baby voice.
"I know you are darling, and you will be the prettiest 6 year old anyone has ever seen" Melissa gushed. She then put Helen to bed and waited until she had gone to sleep to leave her bedroom.
When Helen finally did fall asleep Melissa walked over to Helens crib and gently kissed her on her forehead. And when she was getting ready for her bath, it turned 9 PM. Chelsea came running down and gave her mum a kiss.
"Night mum" Chelsea said.
"Night darling" Melissa replied. She then relaxed in a bubble bath.
"Now this is more like it..." She sighed with relief. And after the warm relaxing bath, Melissa decided to take a long good nights sleep. When charlie came home from work he fell asleep also. The next morning, and it is Helens Birthday.
Chelsea has already gone to school.
"hello birthday girl" Dad greeted Helen when waking her up. He then gave her a bath.
"Dadda, birthday?" Helen asked.
"Yes, it's your birthday darling" Charlie gushed. Then after the bath he took Helen downstairs to have her breakfast. And then Chalire made himself and melissa something to eat.
"It's alovely house isn't it dear?" Charlie asked.
"Oh yes it's very lovely and we've lived in here what ... a week now?" Melissa replied.
"Yes" Nodded charlie. After breakfast, Melissa left Helen to play with her glockenspiel, so she could do a few jobs. Melissa first cleaned up breakfast. Then she got changed and headed towards Helens bedroom to change it, for when Heln grew up. Whilst Melissa was taking care of Helens room, Charlie was teaching Helen how to eat properly. A few hours later and Melissa had finished.
"it looks good" Melissa mumbled to herself.
(sorry i couldn't get a better view point "/ . ) Melissa then decided to invite her friends around for the party (mainly just Jaimie) Jamie agreed and said she would be around within 1 hour. Whilst waiting for Chelsea to come home, Melissa made a little 'birthday' party thing. As soon as Chelsea got home she wanted to tell her mother the good news.
"Mum guess what?" Cheslea said unbelievably exacited.
"What darling?" Melissa smiled.
"I got an A+ on my report card" Chelsea cheered. "Oh wow, well done darling, see i knew you were clever enough" Melissa winked as she bent down to give Chelsea a hug.
"Thnk you for believing in me mum" Chelsea smiled. Chelsea also brought her friend, Christina around fro the party. Christina was just in the swimming pool if you were wondering why she was in a swiming costume. When Jamie finally arrived the party began. Melissa greeted Jamie and welcomed her in/ "Right now dear, it's time to grow up" Charlie whispered snuggling up to his youngest daughter. As they went outside Helen nearly cheered as she saw how many presents there was.
"Daddy wook!, presents!" Helen shouted.
"Yes darling" Charlie nodded and put her closer to the birthday cake. "Make a wish" Charlie said as he began to blow out the candles.
"Happy birthday my darling daughter" Charlie whispered. And after Charlie put her down, Helen grew up into a lovely young girl.
"Look at me mummy!" Helen said. A Close up of Helen.
Melissa started crying.
"Oh my beautiful babies are growing up now" Melissa blarted.
"Don't worry mummy i will always be here for you" Chelsea said, and Helen nodded. "Right, your mum has a suprise for you, so if you follow her..." Charlie motioned to Melissa who nodded at Helen and headed inside the house... And then into Helens new bedroom.
"Oh my goodness....it's very pretty" Helen gasped.
"I'm glad you like it" Melissa smiled so delightfully. "Oh thank you ever so much mummy" Helen said gratefully.
"No problem darling, i'm very happy to see my children happy" Melissa smiled andgave Helen a hug. (After that)
Helens had a new 'make-over- doesn't she look just as pretty?.
