you have to dress the sim before she's pregnant, like as soon as she's knocked up and starts getting the nausea moodlet.  once you hear the music and see her stomach pop, it's not an option, even with most mods  hope that helped!!

Hm...how to dress a pregnant Sim? Thus... You know this things: Kiss, kiss, kiss > Try for Baby > wait, wait... > nausea moodlet > go, go in cabinet (Plan Outfit) > Set (for example) my dress for wear > OK! > wait, wait > oh, your Sim is now pregnant & wear my dress...
