Hi everyone. It's me again. I messed up my latest legacy challenge, so I'm starting a new one.
This is Amanda Legacy, a young adult fortune sim in college. She is my legacy founder.
I will skip the "Master" category, but I have selected a few handicaps: "Well dressed sim", "Matriarchy", "One way street", "Free roaming ghosts", "Multi-Cultured", "Behind the times", "Storyteller" and "Aspiring to do it the hard way". Hi everyone. It's me again. I messed up my latest legacy challenge, so I'm starting a new one.
This is Amanda Legacy, a young adult fortune sim in college. She is my legacy founder.
I will skip the "Master" category, but I have selected a few handicaps: "Well dressed sim", "Matriarchy", "One way street", "Free roaming ghosts", "Multi-Cultured", "Behind the times", "Storyteller" and "Aspiring to do it the hard way". And while she looks around a bit I want to say a few more things: I have all EP's and I am planning to have a family hobby "Arts&Crafts", because it's also needed for a "Well dressed sim" handicap. About "Storyteller" and "Behind the times" - my sims are not allowed to buy electronics, but it's not said in the challenge description that they can't use electronics, so my sims will use one existing computer (in a dorm or a community lot - library) once in each generation only to write the single novel needed for a handicap. And about "Multi-Cultured" - if a sim I move in happens to be the same aspiration, I will simply change him to grilled cheese. And now on to the challenge! Amanda is learning her first skills. Having a LTW "Become Chief of staff" she chose biology major. Being the legacy founder is a lot of responsibility, she needs to open her first business, have at least one vacation and make as many friends as possible while being in college! It's only the second semester of Freshman year, but Amanda already has access to two secert lots - "Arts&Crafts" and "Film&Literature". Impressive! Amanda has a reason to be happy. Another achievement - a bestseller novel! And yes, she is still a Freshman. This was the first thing to buy after selling a novel. For a future business, of course! As a sophmore Amanda bought a small lot in Legacity and has big plans for making the best business in the neighbourhood. Wish her luck. This is what we have in our Legacy shop for now... Three items for sale and a cash register. Amanda isn't rich yet, you know. Final exam is in an hour, Amanda will become Junior, but all she can think about at the moment is painting... Because she maximized her enthusiasm in Arts&Crafts! Studying and running a business (level 2 already!) isn't an easy task, so Amanda decided to rest a bit and take a vacation between her Junior semesters. Saving money she chose camping in mountains. And who knows, maybe Amanda will meet someone special there? This is Jace Fuchs. Amanda has blond hair as a turn on and his skin is a bit darker than her. Could be a potential husband! Amanda likes him already. It is important to experience everything while on vacation. From local food... ...to new ways of relaxation. Digging is useful. You can find many things. Funny is that Amanda has found a map to a secret lot in Takemizu Village, but she's digging in Three Lakes... Precious vacation moments to remember. See how happy she is? I'm almost jelous! After digging more Amanda found a map to the secret lot on Twikkii Island, but still, not the one she needs... Digging all day finally paid off and Amanda found a map to the secret lot where Big Foot lives. He even has a mailbox! Have to remember to send him a Christmas card... Big Foot ignored every action Amanda tried to attempt - talk, gesture etc. He just went fishing. Well, Amanda joined him and not only she has lots of fish in her inventory, but this was also a great way to make friends with him. And it didn't even take much time. Just look how sweet they are! Unfortunately Amanda had a fear of befriending Big Foot, but I fulfilled many wants for her before doing it, so she stayed in green aspiration. After that she had a fear of being scared by Big Foot. I wonder how it looks like... Gonna have to try some other time. By the way, Amanda is my first sim ever to get on this lot! But unfortunately all good things come to an end. After spending a pleasant evening with Big Foot, Amanda had to leave in the morning and get back to studying... Good thing is she collected all possible Vacation Mementos she could from a mountain vacation. Maybe she will be my legacy sim to collect all 45 (would be my first sim ever!). Just wait and see... Senior year is flying by so fast... Amanda spends most of the time studying, the Legacy shop is close to getting to level 3. In her free time (which is not much) Amanda decided to study parenting. I wonder if there is a scolarship for teens that learn that. I'll see abuot that if I won't forget... Amanda said she can now sense what babies are telling. I love seeing my sims painting still life paintings. It's so amazing... Amanda has graduated. I hate to waste the money my sims earn in college and since I can take home everything she bought with her own money... Well here you can see all the stuff she's packing right about now. That's it. Amanda grew up and is moving out on her own... Her business is 5 stars away from level 4. Come check my sim page a few days later to find out what happens to her next.
