This is the same sim as the one eating...this is actually in the other pic too, it's just up at the normal level if the sim is standing up.

Hello, I had the same problem... the point is you've downloaded and put into your downloads folder two or more so-called default skintones, and they interact between themselves. It can be fixed by cleaning up your downloads folder by Sims2 Clean Installer (you switch off all the skintone-type files and then read them out carefully, accepting only these that haven't got 'default' written). It takes some time. Faster way is to clean up your Downloads folder totally - and start collecting items again :/ I must have had it done 2 times, it's my 3th actually well prospering downloads folder! Hope it helps!
