Description
From Charmed comes the Halliwell Manor. This is my original design I used in Sims 1 and Sims 2 now for Sims 3. This home has 2 floors plus an added Attic and Basement. Basement includes an Indoor Pool, upstairs has 3 baths, Kitchen, Living Room, 4 bedrooms, and many more surprises. Nicely landscaped yard. Enjoy.

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question!!!
I installed this manor without checking the lot then I wonder is it overwrite any non-vacant lot in the game? (My game still isn't play so I still did build anything in any new lot).
Please give me an answer (cause I'm a newbie of The Sims 3). Thank you very much!!!
P/S:
Thanks the author for this wonderful things (since I'm a big fan of Charmed). And... sorry everyone if you think this question disturbs you...

This doesn't look anything like the charmed manor, but I must say it is very nice though. I love the layout.

I think you did a very good job on the manor, being as how we dont have a lot to work with even in sims 3 it's not exact but no one can get it exact as the house does change over the course of the series and the rooms aren't always in full detail. I say to you Bravo! for capturing the essence of the Halliwell manor and to those knocking the creators work, which i can tell took a lot of time and effort, I say:
If you think you can do better than go for it, otherwise keep your negative comments to yourselves.
