Welcome to Neighborhood 13, Dwaynestown. This neighborhood is where I put all my favorites families and some of the best homes either mine or other creators homes. This neighborhood has alot of history in it as well as many established families. Enjoy the tour and lets see who lives and resides in this town.

Welcome to Neighborhood 13, Dwaynestown. This neighborhood is where I put all my favorites families and some of the best homes either mine or other creators homes. This neighborhood has alot of history in it as well as many established families. Enjoy the tour and lets see who lives and resides in this town. 10 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Fairchild family. NPC meets Townie here. Waylon and Arcadia Fairchild were elder NPC who were both handy workers. One day I got them together and they married. They are now adults and they adopted two townie children, Orlando and Randy came to join them. With the help of SimPE they are now a family with full memories and relations. Can this new family breed make it in this new town? (Built by me and here at TSR a Sims 1 classic home 1 Sim Lane.) 20 Sim Lane, Dwaynestowe. Home of the Barrows family. Four brothers, Raymond, Randall, Robert, and Ronald Barrows all moved to the neighborhood to begin their new life. All grow up and with a new life. Ronald move out to be with his wife Rita Beaur. Robert moved out to be with his life partner Thomas Foley. Raymond and Randall stayed at home. However Randall has a son Chase who is now a toddler. (Built by me and not for download is a classic sims 1 home. their is another version here at TSR by me 2 Sim Lane) 40 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Foley family. Brothers Thomas, Frank, and Dwayne Foley are now adults and each have a new life. Dwayne move out to be with his life partner Tim Wilburlab, Frank stayed home and married Carla Beaur, they now have twin daughters Annabell and Anastacia (now toddlers). Thomas joined a union with Robert Barrows and they have two boys, Randy and Timothy (also toddlers) can this big family maintain their careers and train their kids as well? Carla is the sister of Rita Beaur. Robert is the brother of Ronald Beaur and Raymond and Randall Barrows. (Built by me and here at TSR is a sims 1 classic home 4 Sim Lane this home had a wallpaper change) 50 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Wilburlab family, Tim Wilburlab was a single and new to the neighborhood, till he meet Thomas Foley. Things change and they fell in love. They joined a union and now have three children together naturally, no adoption. Twin daughters, Megan and Katelyn (Now a child) and Hillary (a toddler). This family is getting bigger all the time. Dwayne is the brother of Thomas and Frank Foley. (A home from the exchange 3200 Moose Lane not to be found anywhere no more it doesn't exsists. If the original creator see this home send me a Pvt message. This home now has a basement and an attic plus rooms were redesigned.) 70 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Newbie family, With no family ties. Bob and Betty Newbie were a young couple just starting out. They had two children, Billy (now a child) and Brandi (now a toddler). They are ready to continue their new life. (Built by me and here at TSR is a classic Sims 1 home, 7 Sim lane.) 80 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Quencher family. Brothers Red and Johnny Quencher, moved to the neighborhood with their partners to begin their new life. Red and his partner Sonny gave birth to baby boy (now a toddler) Moses. Johnny and his partner Spike gave birth to a baby boy (now a toddler). Can these two brothers maintain a family and train their children, plus keep their careers? Stay tuned. (A home from the exchange that got an extreame makeover by me) 90 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Beaur family. Rita and carla beaur where two single sisters until they meet their match. Carla moved out to be with her new husband Frank Foley. Rita married Ronald Barrows and the two had a set of twins (now toddlers) Karen and Cubby. This young couple are ready to expand. Ronald is the brother of Robert Foley and Raymond and Randall Barrows. (A TSR download with a huge facelift and remodeled by me) 100 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Willams family, Clerence and Micheal Alyn Williams are a young couple just starting out. they wanted to adopt children, but instead they each gave birth the natural way with the help of each other. Two sons were born in this family who are now toddlers, Jacob and John, Where will this family go from here? (Home was from the exchange that doesn't exisit anymore. I gave this home a total makeover. If the creator of this home see this, send me a PVT message. This is one unique home with a great design.) 110 Sim Lane, Dwaynestown. Home of the Bachelor family. Micheal and Bella Bachelor moved to the neighborhood to begin their new life. Bella moved out to be with her husband Mortimer Goth. Micheal is single and still looking. (Built by me and here at TSR is a classic Sims 1 home 6 Sim Lane) 45 Swan Way, Dwaynestown. Home of the Love family. Kurt and Steven Love are a young joined union couple just starting out. Kurt gave birth to a daughter Coutney with help from Steven's DNA. Can this young couple maintain their careers and take care of their little girl. (A home from the exchange that had a total makeover by me) 50 Swan Way, Dwaynestown. Home of the Gibb family. Three brothers, Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibb are new to the neighborhood. Barry is a single dad with a teenage son Andy. Will this family get bigger and expand? (A TSR download and remodeled by me.) 1300 Prescot Street, Dwaynestown, Home of the Merriwether family. Gaylord and Kayvon Merriwether are a joined union coouple and are new to the neighborhood. Can they make it in this town? (A TSR download remodeled by me) 1400 Prescot Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Ford family. Tom and Henry Ford got together and joined a union. Tom gave birth to a daughter Jane who is now a toddler by Henry. George and Helen Kat siblings moved to the neighborhood to begin their new life as adults. They each now have a new life. Helen moved out to be with her husband Milo Goth. George stayed home and married Gina Davis. They now have four children, Boots and Maggie (a child) Scout and Waggles (a toddler). Can this family still make it as a family? Clyde Drifter is a single dad with a toddler daughter Susan. They are new to the neighborhood and are ready for their new life. (Built by me and here at TSR is a Sims 1 classic home, 62 Old Farm Circle) 86 Ingleside Drive, Dwaynestown. Home of the Logan family. Hector and Wolf Logan were a young couple just starting out. Wolf was pregant with Hector's baby and they had a daughter Sherry (now a toddler). This young couple are ready to expand. (A TSR download known as harrisberg and remodeled by me) 63 Gunther Goth Highway, Dwaynestown. Home of the Burb family. With no family ties. Brad and Tiffany Burb were a young married just starting out. They had two children, Johnny (now a child) and Travis (now a toddler). This young couple and the family are getting bigger all the time. Claire Charming was single until she meet Luis Somebody, They fell in love and married. They now have a daughter Lucy who is now a toddler. This young couple are ready to expand their line.( A TSR download and remodeled by me) 10 South Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Ross family. Patrick and maryanne Ross are a young couple, just starting out, and are new to the neighborhood. How will they fit in? Home of the Farrah family, Carl-Philip and Maria Farrah are a young couple that just moved to the neighborhood. They had a son Alan Micheal who is now a toddler. Can this young couple keep going and expand this family plus maintain their careers? (Built by me and here at TSR is Haunted Mansion with a new look.) 115 South Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Duke family. Beau and Luke Duke and a young joined union couple just starting out in the neighborhood. (Family from the exchange and was created by someone else, I thaught it to be very funny. Home built by me and was lost in a neighborhood crash and now recovered, fully restored, Coming to a TSR soon for download). 77 Maple Street, Dwaynesown. Home of the Goth family. Gunther and Corneila Goth are elders and their two sons Mortimer and Milo are now adults with a new family. Mortimer married Bella Bachelor and they have daughter Cassandra (Now a toddler). Milo married Helen Kat and they have a son Micheal (Now a toddler). This family is ready to continue their line. Helen is the sister of George kat, Bella is the sister of Micheal Bachelor. (Built by me and not for download is another creation of a classic Sims 1 home) 1 Main Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Riker family. William Riker retired from strfleet and married Dienna Troi, they now a son Willie who is now a toddler. This young couple are ready to expand. (A TSR download remodeled by me) 30 Main Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Pilot family. Arden Pilot was a single adult and instead of having an alien baby he became a daddy by his own genetics and gave birth to a baby boy Sky now a toddler. Will Arden find love or will he stay single? (A TSR download remodeled by me) 190 Main Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Keil family. Brandon and lukas keil are a young couple just starting out and they decided to have a baby the natural way. Lukas, with the help of Brandon gave them a baby boy Howard (now a toddler). (Built by me and lost in a neighborhood crash was the original first design of 9 Sim Lane and later recovered which is now fully restored, not for download. A newer version was constructed and is here at TSR) 202 Main Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Day family. Another tiwsted story in NPC's is Cop meets Exterminator. Jesse and Doridan Day are now a couple just starting out after quitiung their townie jobs to start a family. Jesse gave birth to a daughter Doris (now a toddler) with Dorian's help. They are now ready fro their adventure. (A TSR download remodeled by me) 222 Main Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Lake family. Enid Lake is a single mom with a toddler daughter Emily. Can she make a single mom or will she find love and make this family bigger? (Family and home are from the exchange and a total makeover by me) 978 Pine Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Jackson family. Anthony Jackson is single and he loved the telescope but something diffent happen this time. Instead of being aboducted, he gave birth the natural way to twin daughters (now toddlers) Kaya and Soya on his own with hsi own genetics. This family is ready to begin their new adventure. Chad and Jason Breaux were a young couple starting out. With the help of Jason, Chad gave birth to a daughter, Belle (now a toddler). This couple are ready to expand their life togethr as a family. (A TSR download remodeled by me) 59 Elm Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the James family. Two brothers, Tommy and Jesse James are new to the neighborhood and just starting out. (Built by me and lost in a neighborhood crash and now recovered and fully restored is a Sims 1 classic home, This home not for download. I do have a newer version here at TSR 59 Ingleside Drive.) 81 Elm Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Bolton family. Troy and Gabriella Bolton, moved to the nieghborhood to begin their new life. They gave birth to a son Billy-Jack (now a toddler). They are ready to continue their new life. (A TSR download and remodeled by me) 176 North Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Russell family. Leo and Charlette Russell were a new couple to the neighborhood. They gave birth to a baby boy James (Now a toddler). This young couple are ready to expand. (A TSR download remodeled by me) 186 North Street, Dwaynestown. Home of the Lothario family. Nicolo and Adrianna Lothario are now elders, their two sons Don and Mario are now adults, each one are a single dad with a toddler. Mario has a daughter Noel and Don has a daughter Leah. They are now ready for a new generation. (Built by me and not for download yet) This ends this tour of this newly and well maintained town of my favorites all in one neighborhood. Till next time.
