The original neighborhood story on this neighborhood due to a restore of the Sims 2 from scratch doesn't exsist anymore. This is the newer neighborhood fully restored and this is a very well played neighborhood with alot of history in it. The town has some families in 3rd and 4th generations as well as 1st and 2nd generations. Families are based on families I created in Sims 1 and Sims 2 and SimPE helped create some of them. This template used in this neighborhood is a Sims 1 neighborhood revised for Sims 2 by Ed Sullivan, one of two templates. See what has changed since I posted the first one. Enjoy.

Enjoy. 1 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Wilburlab family. Peter and Micheal Wilburlab have passed on and lived till old age. Their son Mark and his wife Samantha Wilburlab are now elders. Their children Tim and Julie are now adults and have their lives ahead of them. Tim joined a union with Dwayne Foley, and they have three children, Megan and Katelyn, now teens, and Berevrly a toddler. Julie is single. Dwayne is the son of Adam and Ellen Foley. Samantha is the sister of Bette Davis. (Home is a Sims 1 creation of 1 Sim Lane and built by me and here at TSR for downloading.) Based on a Sims 1 family. 2 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Barrows family. Philip and Granny have passed on and lived till old age. their son Richard and his wife Rachel are now elders, and their four children, Robert, Raymond, Randall, and Ronald are now adults with new lives. Robert joined a union with Thomas Foley and is living at 4 Sim Lane. Ronald married Rita Beaur and is living at 12 Sim Lane. Raymond, joined a union with Jesse James and they have a child Armando who is now a teenager living at home. After losing his wife Sylvia, Randall moved back home to raise his son Chase. (Built by me and here at TSR Home is a 2nd edition home of a Sims 1 classic 2 Sim Sim Lane.) Based on a Sims 1 family. 3 Sim Lane, Sims City-Old Town. Home of the Pleasant family. Les and Kynda Pleasant are now elders and their son Jeff is now an adult with a family of his own. Jeff married Diane Danders and they have three children, Daniel and Jennifer who are teens and Justin is a toddler. This family is ready to expand and enjoy their new life and continue the line. Diane is the daughter of Marshall and Melinda Danders. (Built by me this Home is a Sims 1 creation of 3 Sim Lane and is here at TSR) SimPE was used to create the elders. 4 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Foley Family. Thomas Foley is all grown up and he now has a family of his own. Robert Barrows, joined the family as his life partner and they have two teenage sons, Randy amd Timothy. Thomas is the son of Adam and Ellen Foley. Robert is the son of Richard and Rachel Barrows. (Built by me and here at TSR 4 Sim Lane a Sims 1 creation) A Sim 1 family. 5 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Bachelor family. Simis and Jocasta Bachelor are now elders and their two children, Bella and Micheal are now adults with their own family. Bella married Mortimer Goth and is living at 77 Maple Street. Micheal is at home with his wife Sabrina Townie and they have twin toddler boys, Chester and Lester. (Built by me this Home is a reacreation Sims 1 creation of 5 Sim Lane, and her at TSR) 6 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Broke family. Flat and Flo Broke, have a teenage son Skip and they are ready for their new life. (Built by me and is a Sims 1 created home of 6 Sim Lane, here at TSR) 7 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Simovitch family. Vadim and Fatima Simovitch are now elders and their two children, Betty and Angus are now adults with their own lives. Betty married Bob Newbie and lives at 11 Sim Lane. Angus is single. (Built by me and a Sims 1 creation of 7 Sim Lane, here at TSR) 8 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Foley family. Paul and Lydia Foley have passed on and lived till old age. Thier two sons Adam and Gino are now elders. Adam wife Ellen is now an elder, and their three sons, Thomas, Frank, and Dwayne are now adults with new lives. Thomas joined a union with Robert Barrows and is living at 4 Sim Lane. Dwayne Joined a union with Tim Wilburlab and is living at 1 Sim Lane. Frank stayed with his parents and married Carla Beaur and they have twin daughters, Annabell and Anastacia who are now teenagers. Adam is the brother of Gino LeBlanc. Carla is the daughter of Edward and Anita Beaur. Ellen is the sister of Anthony Kimball. jack Foley, is the coisin of Gino and Adam. (Home built by me and is at TSR) 11 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Newbie family. Bob Sr and Mags Newbie are now elders, and their son Bob is now an adult with his own life. Bob married Betty Simoivitch and they have three children, Brandi and Billy who are teens and Bradon is a toddler. Betty is the daughter of Vadim and Fatima Simovitch. (Built by me and here at TSR 11 Sim Lane) 12 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Beaur family. Johnny and Matilda Beaur have passed on and lived till old age. Their son Edward and his wife Anita are now elders, and their three children, Carla, Rita, and Philip are now adults with their own lives now. Carla married Frank Foley and lives at 8 Sim Lane. Rita married Ronald Barrows and they have two twin toddlers, Tracy and Troy, and they live at home. Philip is at home and he single. (Home was a TSR download that had a major facelift.) A Sim s 1 created family. 15 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the LeBlanc family. Bramwell and Carly LeBlanc have passed on and lived till old age. Their son Daniel and his partner Gino are now elders and their two children, Mario and Brando are now adults who are ready for their new life. Mario and Brando are single. Gino is the brother of Adam Foley. Jack Foley is the cousin of Gino and Adam Foley.(Home built by me and 2nd edition. Here at TSR) A Sims 1 created family. 19 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Kat family. Remus and Kitty Kat are now elders, Their two children George and Helen are now adults with their own lives. Helen married Milo Goth and lives at 77 Maple Street. George married Gina Raymond and they have four children, Boots and Maggie who are teens, Waggles and Scout are a child. (Built by here and here at TSR is the Kat Family Mansion) Sims 1 created family. 20 Sim Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Brady family. My original Brady Bunch family. Mike Brady was single dad raising three boys, Greg, Peter, and Bobby. Carol Martin had three daughters, Marsha, Jan, and Cindy. One day Mike and Carol meet and instant love between them. They married and combind this family into one big Bunch who are now ready for their new adventure. (Home is here at TSR with permission and is recreation of SEDD Dee Dee Daydream, Home now has a foundation and basment.) 102 Oakland Park, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Weasaley family. Arthur and Molly Weasaley are busy raising seven children, Bill, Percy, Charlie, Fred, George, Ronald, and Ginny. Bill is ready for college, Percy and Charlie will soon be right behind them, Fred and George just became a child, Ronald and Ginny just became a toddler. Victor and Grettle Goth have passed on and lived till old age. Their two children, Frida and Gunther are now elders. Gunther's wife Corneila joins him as an elder. Their two sons Mortimer and Milo are now adults with own lives. Mortimer married Bella Bachelor and have a teenage daughter, Cassandra, they are expecting another child. Milo married Helen Kat and they have a son Micheal. Helen is the daughter of Remus and Kitty Kat. Bella is the daughter of Simis and Jocasta Bachelor. Gunther is the brother of Frida Kimball. (Built by me and here at TSR is a Sims 1 replica of 77 Maple Street, 2nd edition) 86 Maple Street, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Foley family. Peter and David Foley have passed on and lived till old age. Their son Jack is now an elder along with his wife Olive. Their two children, Patrick and James are now adults who have their life before them. Patrick and James are single and this line will expand. Jack is the cousin of Gino Leblanc and Adam Foley. Home of the Collins family. Brutis and Abigail Collins have passed on, and lived till old age. Their first son Joshua Collins and his wife Naomi are elders. Their two sons, Barnabas and Jeremiah are adults with their new lives ahead of them. Barnabas married Josette DuPre and they have a daughter Sarah. Jeremiah married Angelique DuVal and they have son Daniel. Joshua is the brother of Desmond Collins. (Home built by me 1st edition and here at TSR Old House) A Sims 1 created family and charactors from Dark Shadows. 1897 Collinsport Road., Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Collins family. Brutis and Abigail Collins have passed on and lived till old age, Their second son Desmond and his wife Julia are now elders. Their two sons, Edward and Quentin are now adults with their own lives ahead of them. Edward married Judith Knight and they have a daughter Daphnie. Quentin married Laura Johnson and they have son Jameson. Desmond is the brother of Joshua Collins. (Home built by me and here at TSR Collinwood 1st edition.) A Sims 1 created family and based on Dark Shadows charactors. 80 Boston Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Lothario family. Carmelo and Mama are now elders. Their son Nicolo and his wife Adriana are now adults, with a teenage son Don. Don will be ready for college soon. With all the romance in this family can still make it? Philip and Joan LaBree, are adults with three teenage children, Beverly, Dwayne, and David. this family is ready to expand. (Home built by me and for download yet.) Micheal Alyn and Clarence Heyward a joined union couple who moved to this neighborhood, to begin their new life. (Home built by me and her at TSR Haunted Mansion.) 100 Boston Lane, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Marsh family. William and Anastacia Marsh are now elders, their two children, Stanley and Tiffany are adults with their own lives. Tiffany married Brad Burb and lives at 63 Gunther Goth Highway. Stanley is single and living at home. (Home is a TSR download and remodeled by me, 10 Lecher lane.) SimPE helped make this family. 1329 Prescot Street, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Halliwell family. Melinda Warren has passed on and lived till old age. Her daughter Penny is now an elder along with her husband Alan. Their daughter Patty is an adult and married to Victor Bennett. They have four children, Prue and Piper who are teens, Pheobe is a child, and Page is a toddler. This family is ready to expand and contimue this line. (Home built by me and here at TSR 1st edition.) Based on the show charmed with the charned ones original grandfather Alan. 44 Gunther Goth Highway, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Robinson family. John and Maureen Robinson are young couple with three children, Judy, Penny, and Will. They are ready to begin their new life. John is the brother of Don West. (A TSR download and remodeled by me, 44 Dreamscape Cressant.) Based on Lost in Space. 63 Gunther Goth Highway, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Burb family. Benjamin and Susan Burb are now elders. Brad is now an adult. He married Tiffany Marsh. They have two children, Johnny and Travis. They are ready to expand this family. Tiffany is the daughter of William and Anastacia Marsh. Papa and Mama Hick are a young couple, with five children, Eldon and Leroy who are teens, Bobo and Duke are a child, and Emily is a toddler. They are ready to begin their life. (A TSR download and remodeled by me.) Sims 1 created family. 75 Old Farm Circle, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Carrington family. Blake and Alexas Carrington are now elders, their two children, Rick and Frida are adults with new lives. Rick joined a union with Stephen Morris and is living at 80 Old Farm Circle. Stephen, joined a union with Rick Carrington, and they have three boys. Adam a teen, William a child, and Andrew a toddler. Daryl is single. Rick is the son of Blake and Alexis Carrington. Randy and Terry West are now elders, their two children, Adam and Sheila are now adults, who have their life ahead them. Adam joined a union with Don Robinson and they have toddler son Andrew. Sheila is single. Don is the brother of John Robinson. (A TSR download knwon as Spicewood, remodeled by me) 82 Harris Street, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Danders family. Marshall and Melinda Danders are now elders. Their two children, Diane and Bradley are now adults with new lives. Diane married Jeff Pleasant and is living at 3 Sim Lane. Bradley is single. (A TSR download know as Harrisberg, remodeled by me in University.) SimPE helped create this family. 90 Old Farm Circle, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Davis family. James and Darren Davis have passed on and lived till old age, Their daughters Sammantha and Bette are now elders. Bette husband Kevin joins him as an elder. Their two children, Arlene and Garfield are now adults, with their own lives. Garfield joined a union with Odie Kimball and is living at Sim City Light. Arlene is single. (A TSR download and remodeled by me.) Sims 1 created family. Sim City Light, Sim City-Old Town. Home of the Kimball family. Micheal and Beverly Kimball have passed on and lived till old age, Their two children, Ellen and Anthony are now elders. Anthony's wife Frida joins him as an elder. Their son Odie is now an adult with a new life. Odie joined a union with Garfield Davis, and they have a son Nermal. Garfield is the son of Kevin and Bette Davis. Frida is the sister of Gunther Goth. Anthony is the brother of Ellen Foley. (Built by me and 1st edidtion, not for download. 2nd Edition is her at TSR) This ends this neaighborhood for now.
These singles in this neighborhood are , Julie Wilburlab, Randall Barrows, Angus Simovitch, Philip Beaur, Daryl Morris, Stanley Marsh, Bradley Danders, Sheila West, Frida Carrington, Arlene Davis, Mario and Brando LeBlanc, Patrick and James Foley, will soon be united and expand this town even more. Who knows what will happen here. Stay tuned.
