N008-Red River Valley. Here is another neighborhood with alot of single families as well as some long time families. This neaighborhood plans on getting bigger and some families will combinding to make the families in this neighborhood smaller. Lets see who lives here.

Willard McVaine, a single man, moved to the neighborhood, to begin his new life. (A TSR download and remodeled by me) 60 Happy Trail, Red River Valley. Home of the Keith family. Toby Keith, a single dad, with a toddler son Brian. They are new to the neighborhood and are ready for their new life. Can this dad maintain a career and train his son? (Built by me 1st edition and not for download. 2nd edition here at TSR a Sims 1 classic home) 50 Old Farm Circle, Red River Valley. Home of the Barns family. Gary Barns is very single and he is new to the neighborhood. (A TSR download home remodeled by me) 3 Paradise Cove, Red River Valley. Home of the Hick family. Papa and Mama Hick are now living the rich life. Reunited with her husband and they have five boys in all age groups. Elden, Leroy, Bobo. Duke, and Kevin. Melissa and Chris Roomies are a joined union couple with a teenage daughter Sally. They are now ready to continue their line. They now have four children in all age groups. Flynt, Tiffany, Crystal, and Stone. Flint will soon be heading off to college. Brothers Thomas and Frank Foley are halfway through the adult age as well as their partners and the children who were toddlers will soon be going off to college. Everyone in the hosehold is grwoing up fast. Frank and his wife Carla have 8 days left of their adult life before they become elders, with their twin daughters Annabell and Anastacia who are now teens and are about ready to go off to college. Thomas and his long life partner Robert will soon be elders as well and their two boys, Randy and Timothy will become young adults in college. This family is getting ready for the next generation. Robert has two brothers in this town, Randall and Raymond Barrows. (A TSR download that had a major face lift and a little redesigning) 200 Sim Lane, Red River Valley. Home of the Barrows family. Brothers Randall and Raymond Barrows are single dads each with a child. Randall and his child Chase. Raymond and his child Orlando. Raymond has his eye on Jesse James who is a new to the neighborhood. Randall and Raymond have a brother Robert Foley who also live in the hood. Home of the Goth family. This family is getting bigger. Gunther and Corneila Goth are elders now, their sons are adults with families of their own. Mortimer married Bella Bachelor and they now have two children, Cassandra who is a teen and Alexander is now a toddler. Milo married Helen Kat and they have a son Micheal who is now a teen. Edward and Catherine Urdor, moved to the neighborhood, with their two children, Aaron and Susanna, to begin their new life. (A TSR download and remodeled by me) 970 Main Street, Red River Valley. Home of the Gibbs family. Ja-Sean Gibbs, is a single dad, with a teenage son Todd. They are ready to begin their new life. Four brothers, Chad, Gordy, John, and Tim Allen are new to the neighborhood. They are now ready to fit in this new town. Bob and Betty Newbie have about 8 days before becoming an elder. Their two children, Brandi and Billy will soon be young adults at college. This family is getting ready to expnad a new generation. Claire Charming has finally met her match, she married Luis Somebody and the couple have a daughter Lucy who is now a teenager and will soon be a young adult in college. Penny and Alan Halliwell moved to the neighborhood with their daughter Patty, to begin their new life. Alan passed on and penny was raising her daughter Patty who grew up well and married Victor Bennet. They had three girls, Prue, Piper, and Pheobe. Shortly after Pheobe was born Victor left the household. Patty is now raising her three children with her mother. With all the new men in town. Who will get to be with Patty? Will Penny find love again before she retires? Will Page be born? (Built by me and here at TSR, This version is not for download and home had a change in wall paper thanks to Marinas Sims 2 with a pool in back yard as well as the basement.) 222 Arlington Street, Red River Valley. Home of the Bear family. Edward and Toby Bear, are a joined union couple just starting out in this new neighborhood, They now have two children, Graham who is a teen and Teddy who is a toddler. The children are growing up fast and it won't be long before Graham becomes a young adult at college, when almost while ago he was in diapers. (A TSR download known as Country Living and redone by me) 76 Gunther Goth Highway, Red River Valley. Home of the James family. Jesse James is a single man who is ready for his new life. He has his sights set on Raymond Barrows. They meet one day at work and fell in love. Will Jesse and raymond join a union? (Built by me and here at TSR is a Sims 1 classic home) This ends this neighborhood on who lives here and what is or may be going on in this new town.
