I hope your creativity will be piqued by my first ever publications -- the plundered shell of historic old Hickory Hill Mansion and one possible renovation idea: Hickory Garden Apartments. Coming soon: Hickory Commons. Still those same 8 apartments, but there's something Very Strange about this renovation, starting with the very odd new rent structure, not to mention the tenants' complaints of Strange Noises and a feeling of being spied upon.
