You know, now that you mention it...I don't think there's an underwear section in the game. 8o I will check tomorrow, but I don't think there is one.

Pregnancy is virtually the same. No real changes there, except depending on how your sim acts while pregnant determines what traits the baby will get upon birth. I've not had a funeral yet, so I can't answer there.
