About Me

Hey, I'm HazyFlowers. Hazy for short. :] You can't usually find me around here - what can I say? school is distracting! - but when I am around it's either the story forum or the legacy challenges. Haha :] Yes, I love writing. I've finished one legacy and I pretty much gawk at how I used to write. And then I read some of my older stories and snicker at it. Not that my writing is fantastic at the moment, it's just funny to see how much my writing has changed over the years. And it's been three years since I started writing anything at The Sims Resource and I am very proud to say that I can at least stand reading what I write nowadays.

I got into The Sims ages ago [in 2001, to be exact] when I saw some friends playing it and one of them joking around with her brother about how his sim loved Bella Goth and her red dress. And after that my sister and I were slightly obsessed. When we got a new computer we got The Sims with it as well as Unleashed and immediately played. We ended up with the expansion packs: Living Large, House Party, Unleashed, Superstar, and Makin' Magic. I got House Party the latest, two months before The Sims 2 came out. And it was short-lived because as soon as I got my hands on The Sims 2 I never looked back at The Sims 1. It didn't help The Sims 1 that it kept crashing and my downloads weren't working. ;P

And now I'm anticipating the release of The Sims 3 [April of 2009, I heard!] and I can't wait. It looks way better than The Sims 2, and that's definitely saying something. Hopefully I won't completely forget about The Sims 2 and maybe I'll keep playing it. I don't know... I'm going to miss my families: The Smiths, the Ventura's and Hacienda's, the Jones, the Chamerions especially. Their family tree is quite confusing. It doesn't help that there were a bazillion romance sims in that family and about three of them hoped to completely rearrange the family tree. Haha. :]
