A minor hiccup with my story

So after installing the new Sims 3 stuff pk or HELS as some people are calling it. (Thanks Cadiva lol) Some of the cc I was using in my latest story has disappeared. I have decided to unistall everything and because I didn't backup my saved game files before I installed HELS, I will be starting from scratch. :( I did export my sims though and a few of the houses that they were living in so I can reuse them once I create a new game. (Artists don't worry your lots are safe and will not be re-uploaded). So that means that the next few chapters of my story may be a little longer than expected. 

I really feel like ranting and raving, and cursing EA but I know it would be a waste of time and energy so I will be civilized. Plus it's really not in my nature. lol Anyway I hope my fellow readers can hang on until the next chapter and I look forward to hearing your thoughts when I have everything sorted. ~ Jen ;) 

Sims 3 High-End Loft Stuff Pack

Okay so it's a slow day at work today and I was just surfing the net... on sims stuff of course! And apprantly there is a stuff pack coming out in Feb...like the 4th! That's if you live in Aust and 5th Feb if you live in Europe. I haven't heard anything about this, have you?                                                                                                                                                               The theme of this new stuff pack is Modern. It includes lots of new & modern clothing, modern art paintings and new modern technology. As a 10th anniversery gift it will include an Aquarium from Sims 2 (about time!), a vibrating heart shaped bed from Sims 1 (this is hilarious) and an electric guitar, if my memory serves me correctly, from Sims 2. Now all we need is the spa!

New story & new poll!

Hey Simmers, part 1 of my new story has been published. It's called The Drifter and I hope you enjoy it. Thank you to those of you who have already read, rated & commented on it! Of course I will thank you personally as well.                                      My new poll is in regards to the Twilight Saga. Everybody is able to vote on this one, so go on and collect some kudo's for the day. Below are the results from my last poll. Also I created my second Sims 3 lot back in December, called The Sea View. If you haven't checked it out then please do so. It's perfect for a sim family!

What's up with our stories?

Does anyone know what the deal is with our stories? I've submitted the first part of my new story several days ago and although I did edit it slightly on the 10th Jan it is still saying 'edited'. I know a few members are having trouble with finding their stories too. I thought the end of the world was meant to be 2012, not 2010? lol

Plants, plants & more plants!

I just went a quick but sweet downloading spree on plants! And omg, there are so many awesome plants for our simmies! Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the artists creating these for Sims 3. We are so lucky to have you! Now I'm off to decorate!! ;)

Part 2 of My Egyptian Adventure Published
