This lot consists of a family sized kitchen, large living areas; lounge room and several recreation areas for the kids to study or play in. Three bedrooms, two for the kids and the main bedroom comes with a private ensuite. The outdoor dining/BBQ area is perfect for when the adults feel like entertaining while watching the kids playing in the pool. I recommend placing this lot on 433 Sunnyside Blvd to make the most of the ocean views.

Also the large rocks I've used are from the Sims 3 expansion pack World Adventures.
