I have to tell this sim to get dressed EVERY TIME. It's driving me nuts. When he takes a shower he stays naked until I make him put on clothes or he goes to work; he even sleeps naked. Any suggestions on how to fix him. I've tried boolProp with no progress.

Did you try changing his personality points? If you make him less outgoing it might make him stay dressed. I would leave him alone. He is amusing.
