You need to have WinZip. If you have WinZip the file will download already zipped. Double click on the file and the WinZip window will open. Select the file and click on the extract button in WinZip. A window will open, click on the downloads folder and hit the "extract" button. WinZip will automatically extract the file for you. (Sims Resource also has a Sims 2 Installation Help file you can check out on each download too. Lots of other usful information there also.) Hope this helps.
