Description
I'm doing a new series of homes inspired by Coldplay songs. This one is based off of my favorite track.
This architectual interpretation of The Scientist offers a solitude, sombre keep for that lonely genius. Complete with a computer study, library, kitchen, dining room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an entertainment room, your isolated sim will have everything they need to live their desolate lives undisturbed.
I represented the song by imagining the mind of a troubled scientist. The house is in scattered pieces, like the scientist's thoughts. It is difficult to navigate through each section, from one moment to another. The house is seperate from the world, but overlooking it-almost observing it. I think it's deep for a home!
IMPORTANT NOTE: I have tested this lot with my mad scientist sim, and it is functional/coherent. This house is placed on the top of a hill, away from streets. As such, when you go to place it on a flat lot, a deep valley will be created at the backside of the yard. This can easily be smoothed out in buildmode, and will not affect the overall aesthetic of the home.
