I decided to start a new Hood and now everything is normal. No sims are stuck now, yet anyway. I only had 1 active sim so it wasn't that bad to start again. But that assignment for the Townhall, what is it? There is a Townhall even though it's merged with the Police and the Militairy, can't your sim go to the Townhall if you click on it? Me too have had some assigments when they have to deliver stuff to restaurants not in Bridgeport. It must be something EA missed and I hope it will be fixed in a patch soon. Have a great weekend
