They say truth seekers move to Strangetown... Maybe there right! I have woken up, In Strangetown General Clinic, with no memory of who I am, and where I came from. Most importantly I'm expecting! I still don't remember who I am and, Its been a few weeks and I only have the clothes my nurse has donated to me. And now the clinic is saying I can no longer stay here.

They say truth seekers move to Strangetown... Maybe there right! I have woken up, In Strangetown General Clinic, with no memory of who I am, and where I came from. Most importantly I'm expecting! I still don't remember who I am and, Its been a few weeks and I only have the clothes my nurse has donated to me. And now the clinic is saying I can no longer stay here. The days began to Bleed together as I tried to put the shambles we were calling my life together. I gave myself the name of Mya. It was in a Glam magazine out in the lobby, and it just Kinda stuck with me. The Clinic food was terrible but it was all I had, I probably read every food magazine in the lobby twice. I could not wait to get out of here and have real food, Make a real meal. Doctor Amber Grate invited me to stay a her place till I found my own place. "Mya, Now It's Not much, cozy, just me and my daughter. But I can set up a bed in my livingroom till u get your own place I can get you a job at the aquarium, I have a few friends over there that owe me a favor. "Hi, yes this is Amber Gate. I'm calling about the job for a patient of mine, Mya... well I dont exactly know her last name, I mean she dosent either." Amber sighed glanced out of the window, then back at the chart. "Mya, Mya, Mya.... what are we gonna do with you? Who are you?" Amber stood and looked at the chart that read: Mya Doe.....Rm. 15.... Female.... Pregnant. Mya Rubed her stomach with worry. Adoption was not an option! She knew she had to make this work! What if she gave this baby up and then remembered, that would be horrible! "Great news Mya The job is going to be at the aquarium like we talked about and there are great advancement opportunitys, that will come to you quick if you work hard." Mya nooded in agreement. Mya never said much. Just her usual nodd in aggrement. Dr. Gate Felt for Mya she was clearly not from Strangetown, Not a single resident knew who she was. ... Mya often sat in solitude, just staring at the wallpaper, She was all alone. "A baby, Really, what else?" Mya sobbed. It scared Mya to think about starting over but she relized she had no choice. Mya paused outside the Grate residence and let the desert sun kiss her cheek. "Mya, glad to see you made it. I hope you found it ok?" Amber asked.
"Yes mamm, thank you so much!" Mya felt the tears of joy building in her, Amber was really taking a chance letting a complete stranger stay with her and her daughter. "Dr. Gate you will never know how much this means to me! I swear I won't be here long. I'll be out before I'm showing, I promise." Mya hugged her only friend in the world. Mya quickly fell into her own little routine of riseing early before work, making her bed, and eating breakfast. She knew she had to move along in the ranks rather quickly she had a lot to do in the next three months. Going to work at night... Comming home in the day. But Mya's hard work was beginning to pay off, Mya was moveing through the ranks! She was finally where she needed to be to get a place of her own! On her days off Mya looked at the places for rent. There were a few places just like this two bedroom and it was a perfect fit in her price range. I think we're gonna make it, little one!
