This lot was built in Sunset Valley, This is the perfect beach home, for your sim's, the house is built on it's own stairs at either side of the house with no colum's underneath, it has four big bedrooms and four large bathrooms, TV and music room, a spacious kitchen, and a welcoming sitting room, outside there is a large swimming pool that goes under the house,it has two hot tubs underthestars glass dome, relaxing loungers, and seating area under there own pagoda.
