This is the final part of my beloved Rich Girl, Bonnie. More to come soon however, perhaps Frankie, Ellie, Emily or Lionel. One of them will be the one's to continue the legacy. If you have only just come into this story then I would advise you to read all the other parts first which can be found on my profile page. But if you don't want to read all of that then there is my new story 'Numb' and I am going to try and finish 'Hardly Perfect' as well. Anyway enough rambling, and on with the story.

But if you don't want to read all of that then there is my new story 'Numb' and I am going to try and finish 'Hardly Perfect' as well. Anyway enough rambling, and on with the story. I led her into the lounge and sat a comfortable distance away, watching her as she sat. She was still smiling.
"Well Bonnie, I am glad to see that you are OK and gradually getting over your break-up. I had heard that you were getting married again and was disappointed when I heard you broke up with Victor. What was it this time?" I reared up at once, how dare she sound so exasperated? She knows nothing!
"For your information, I wasn't in love with him and I thought it cruel and heartless to pretend I was."
"So you still love Frances?" I moved my mouth but words couldn't come out. Annabelle pursed her lips in a silent 'oh'.
"No it's not like that! It's just that love is such a strong word, I just miss him that's..."
I sat there for a while, wondering if I had registered the sound I though I had.
"I think you'd better get that Bonnie." Annabelle gave me a blan look and I headed out into the hall.
I had almost reached the door when a huge blur rushed past me. It turned out to be Emily and she wrenched the door open, leaving me standing in a state of cold shock as I looked on in the emotional embrace. "Dad!" Emily squealed as she wrapped herself in her father's arms. I looked on as Frances looked up at me surprised at the look fo grief across his stricken face. He turned and stumble toward me, I could tell that he hadn't been drinking though, I couldn't quite place what was wrong with him.
"Bonnie." He sobbed. "My... my, she just... she just died." My mouth dropped as Frances came closer.
He pulled me into a tight hug as he sobbed into my shoulder. Not knowing what to do I held him back. I felt such relief there, his arms were neither cold nor uninviting and I melted into him once again. The coldness in my heart (which must surely have been growing cobwebs) flickered into life once more and warmed my entire body. "Bonnie who..." Annabelle came bustling into the hallway. And her lips once again formed a silent 'oh'. "So it's not like that huh?" She asked looking at our two figures just leaving their entwined state. "I thought you weren't in love with him?" She gave me a knowing smile to which I replied.
"So Annie what did you really come here for?"
"I just came to see if you were here, whether you were OK. And it seems you are so I will be on my way... perhaps I'll be seeing you soon." She left and I led Frances into the kitchen.
Emily followed us and sat sown at the table expectantly. Silence ensued.
"Well?" She suddenly burst out. "Are you getting back together or what?"
I waited a while before deciding to send her away before me and Frances even discussed it.
"Emily I really think you should go and play with your brother, me and your father need to talk... alone."
"Fine!" Emily heaved a deep sigh and scraped the chair legs across the floor as she stomped across the floor and left the room.
Frances turned to me, but I wasn't really paying him any attention.
"Bonnie, I..."
"Shhhh"
"But I..."
"Shhh." I listened hard.
"Emily, I know you're still there! Go and play with your brother." Another heavy sigh.
"FINE! This house sucks!" I turned to Frances listening this time and looking into his deep green eyes.
"Bonnie I am really sorry to just burst in here expecting sympathy. I know that hurt you, but I am truly sorry. I still love you Bonnie and I want you back. You are the only person I can turn to because I know you are the only one who can help me, it's not the death of my mother that has brought me here. I know that I am here because of you... I can feel it inside me, blazing bright like a fire. I need you." I know how he feltm I felt exactly the same, but what would I say? "Frances. I feel it too, I have never stopped loving you. It just took me a while to recover. I need you too Frances." I clasped his hand and felt my heart beat a little bit faster. I remembered our night geomoetry then, and I knew looking into his glowing green eyes that I loved him again. "Aha! I knew it." Emily giggled as she entered the kitchen again, she had clearly been listening despite the amount of times I had told her to go away. "I'll go play with Lionel now." I rolled my eyes as she left. "Bonnie, I don't expect you to be able to completely forgive me. But I hope you will try." Frances gave me a wide smile that I quickly returned. He stroked my hand lightly and let the other disappear under the table. And he quickly brought out a velvet box. I stared at it.
"As we spend more and more time together, as we grow old together, I want you to try and forgive me for what I have done to you. I love you completely and I want us to all be together, as a family."
Frances opened the little black box and slid the ring onto my finger.
I said nothing, I just stared at the ring on my finger.
"Bonnie will you let us be together? Will you marry me... again?"
"Well Frances, I dunno..." I looked into his eyes and burst out laughing "of course I will marry you... again. But you have to promise that you won't hurt me again." I knew he wouldn't but I had to make sure. And a short while after that and we were getting married once again, except this time it wasn't in the snow and it was in the comfort of our own back yard. Ellie managed to make it, but unfortunately Frankie was too drunk to come. As Frances slipped the ring on my finger, I felt giddy, I think I almost fainted. I guess the celebrations were what got me through it. And obviously Frances' embrace... perhaps, just a little. I approached Ellie, as soon as I left the arches.
"Ellie, how are you... I'm so glad that you are off the drink and could make it today. Er, how's Frankie?" Ellie looked downcast as she began to tell me some news.
"Well, she's got worse... drinks a lot more than she used to. Mum I am so sorry I got her into that mess, you didn't deserve what we put you through and she doesn't deserve to be stuck on that horrible substance."
"It's Ok Ellie. She'll fix in time, I'm just glad that you are off it now."
"Yes well it's all about taking the necessary steps. First you have to admit you have a problem, and then..." Yes well, the night went pretty much as you'd expect although being as old as I was, I couldn't be up partying into the night. My hair was greying fervently and those lines that are a sign of age began to deepen heavily.
And as I lay there on our wedding night, I felt it. The comfort and support that only Frances could give me. I felt our night geometry. I died that night, but I continue to watch over my family, and will continue to follow them and tell you their stories... in time. Thanks for reading Rich Girls. This is the end. Thankyou to those who followed right until the very end. There are more stories to come before more on the rest of the Price family; Numb and Hardly Perfect will be finished soon... I hope. Then I will follow all of the children on their journey. Thanks again for reading.
