Description
Snake is the main character and hero of the multi-awarding winning video game Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Created and directed by Hideo Kojima and developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Japan and published by Konami for the PlayStation 2. The dramatic story line of Metal Gear Solid 3 is set in the 1960's Cold War and primarily revolves around a massed, hidden, fortune called the Philosophers Legacy. This fortune is sought after by the US, the Soviet Union and Communist China. Known to only a very few by his true name, Jack, Snake, code name Naked Snake, is a Green Baret soldier and CIA operative sent on a stealth mission into the 1960's cold war Russia to save a scientiest being held hostiage and discover the truth about a secret Soviet nuclear weapon known as Metal Gear. He is aided by many on his mission, including a beautifully seductive Eva. Among his enemies is the woman known only as The Boss who mentored Snake and virtually raised him as a young soldier and taught him everything he knew about war. When she defects to the Soviet side his mission takes an unexpected twist when he must go after The Boss and hunt her down.
