Still here!

Hello everyone,

I'm still alive and kicking. I've been busy alot these days and also been building 3 different lots while playing the game and editing some of the penthouses in Bridgeport to make them more roomy to fit the size of the families living in them. Sorry I haven't uploaded any new lots lately but it's hard to do that when your stuck on dial up again (had to let the cable modem go back) and the downloads/uploads are in slow motion til they finish. To give an update on what I've been working on, I've built the Sims 2 lot "The Godfather Mansion" for Sims 3 and started two new projects "The Beekman Farm" and "American Hotel" from the reality tv show "The Fabulous Beekman Boys". So yall will have to bare with me since the lot uploading process on dial up is slow. :-)

I have returned once again!

Ok Ok, I mentioned back in November I was back but ended up vanishing again. This time for sure I am back and hopefully for good this time. Upon my absence, I didn't have no computer to keep everyone updated on my where abouts. Since I now have a computer finally I can start getting back to my house building again with no interuptions and I can put aside the Sims 2 game on the XBox console. The Sims 2 on xbox is what I have been playing for about the past year and it was boring and dull to play. There were no two story homes nor much of any options to build a home. I disliked that you were limited to the items you were able to put into the home without a fire breaking out automatically. That's ok though, I had the Splinter Cell games to keep me occupied for while which were fun to play.

Hope everyone has a great day and see everyone around in the forums!

M.I.A. but Returned!

I want to apologize to everyone for my disappearance that happened back in June. Some events happened back in June that were beyond my control and I was no longer able to get on a computer and have online access. Hopefully I won't disappear again and abandon friends, loved ones, and fans who all download my homes I build and that I got to know over the years of being a member to TSR. Again I apologize for disappearing in June and hopefully it will never happen again.

However, I am in the midst of reinstalling my sims games and getting fully up and running once again and will more than likely be ready to return and start submitting soon.

Love & Hugs

Feels like I won a grammy award..I would like to thank everyone for the warm Welcome to the SA family and for your continued support into making the position. I was surprised when I came back online from finishing a TSR challenge and putting the finishing touches on a new house and prepare it for upload to see I had made it this far. I would also like to thank the simmers and the community who download my houses and the odds ~n~ ends creations I've done even though I have fun and enjoy building the homes for the sims to live in more. Well, that's it for now and I hope to add more to my blog soon..Thank you again and Happy Simming, Chris :)

Greetings and Welcome to my little corner. Soon I'll have more to post in this spot. For now though, I'd like to welcome all who visit my profile and thank you to all who download my creations. I enjoy making/recoloring different furniture items and building the houses to furnish them with. I would've never gotten into recoloring until one day when I wanted to try and create something just for fun for my game and had the support by the staff and other members on Sims Fashion Barn. So if your creating/recoloring for the very first time, don't be afraid to ask lot's of questions if your not sure about something or where to place a new texture on a template in SimPe. My recoloring addiction all started with a single painting months ago then it escalated into many many different pieces of furniture over time. Well thats all for right now and I hope I didn't bore anyone that reads this and I want to thank you for visiting. Thank you and Happy Simming, Chris!
