Its based on a combo of two elements. one is the cult classic movie Halloween with re-occurring villain, serial killer Michael Myers. the other is a news series by dateline called to catch a predator. unless you are familiar with both... it probably doesn't make sense. but Chris Hansen "traps" internet predators when they show up at underage internet users' homes and then questions them "just like that" and then the cops are always waiting on the outside. any way... it struck me funny that Micheal might be caught in this manner- and he never talks. LOL.
