Description
This is a second verison of my first neighbourhood creation without trees. It is available in all four terrains. This neighbourhood does show in a different view than the previous version. for those who use the default Maxis camera. I created this version after reading Wolfsim68's blog post.

All my creations are TSRAA. The option not shown for neighbourhoods, but you're more than free to share these creations if you've made changes (I'd love to see them!) or if you're passing them along to a friend.
