That's certainly an... interesting request! Underwater candlesticks, eh? How are they supposed to stay lit? Would they just be slightly odd looking flickering flames, or candle shaped bulbs? I was planning to work through the wall lights for all the expansions, converting to pool lights, so this is certainly something I will look into when I get to the appropriate expansion (Nightlife I think?).
