Don't put it in your Downloads folder or you won't see it in the game. When you start your game, go into 'Buy Mode' and click on the collections folder at the bottom. You should see a new folder with the Scythe weapon inside. You can place the weapon on your Sims while they're doing an animation, but as soon as they stop doing the animation, the weapon will disappear. It's great for taking pictures! Hope this helps!
