thanks for the tip about freetime, yeah I installed the patch and it didn't help, so I figured it was a defective game file so I reinstalled the entire game without any hacks or CC and it worked fine till I put my downloads back in, needless to say I found the defective download which happened to be inteenimater or whatever and deleted it, so sad
