Well, this is where it all begins.. I prefer not to speak much about my past, so let's start with the present. My name is Summer Pluff. I can no longer speak of my old name, or my old identity. Because of the hardships that I have gone through, Pleasantview has given me a $20,000 grant with which I am supposed to start a new and better life here in the city. So.... here it is- the beginning: this rough expanse of land.. and me- Summer Pluff. I had $4800 in simoleons, just enough to purchase a few needed essentials. I am quite proud of everything that I was able to buy- and I have an optimistic view on the future. In fact, I am thinking that my new life here will be just perfect. A perfect place to start a wonderful legacy of wonderful people.. MY legacy.. A Legacy of My Own if you will. One of the most important qualities that I want embedded in my legacy is a strong hold on knowledge. Here I am getting a stout start on my skills. Here is a look at my 'essentials'. It took me all day to complete that little strip of dry-wall, but it was worth it. The wall alone supports all of my plumbing, my counters and appliances, and it completely houses all of the electricity for the lot. I bought two sturdy chairs, a dinky little television, lots of books (they are held up with cinder blocks- but that's okay with me) and two little houseplants! Aren't they cute? And, my favorite thing is this comfy mattress that I snagged from behind the dumpster at the local mattress outlet. The burlap is way softer than it looks like- but besides it does its job and it is MINE. At the end of buying all of my furniture and housewares, I had $1,612 in my pocket. Here I am making some cereal on my first day of work.. at the uh- work place. The local neighbors left a notice in my mailbox that they would be stopping by tonight to welcome me into their cul de sac community. And with my main want as of yet being 'fall in love', I am anxious to meet someone soon so that I can get a jumpstart on my second generation! Well, work went really well, and lots of neighbors stopped by. After a couple of hours i was tired of married couples. But.. lucky as I am.. this stud came walking up the sidewalk! And.. yes! SINGLE! He came up to me.. and with a sweet deep voice said, "Hi, my name is Chandler, what is your name?" *Crush* It was the easiest thing in the world to talk to Chandler.. we asked each other about where we went to work. I tried to keep all of my focus on his job (trying to get some hints here!) but all he said was that he was 'living comfortably'. Chandler seems like a perfect co-founder for my legacy of wonderful people! Okay.. now I just have to reel him in! We talked about our interests- I let him know that I was a caring sim- and that my main goal in life is to be family-oriented. With all of his talk involving aliens and ghost, I have the strong suspicion that the stud is a knowledge sim... i love smart guys! I told him about my superior cooking skills. (well, I guess that I make a mean lunch meat sandwhich) I even got up the guts to tell him that I thought he was hawt! But when he told me that I was the most gorgeous sim that he had ever seen... I lost my nerve and pretended to laugh it off. I finally got around to showing off those "prize-winning" sandwhiches to the neighbors. Soon after everyone went home- except for Chandler. :) Soon, it was sunset, and Chandler and I were having a good time getting to know each other. I found out that he has a knack for the hack.. but what is WITH those boots? We hung out well into the next day. I was very happy about this because when we first met- we had a relationship score of 3. By the time he had left that night, we had managed to get it to 51! Not a super high number, but I was content that we had created a friendship at least. The following day, I could barely wait until sunrise to call him! I asked him to stop by. He never even hesitated- just said he would be right over! I was waiting for him with an extremely warm welcome.. and i whispered in his ear, "I think I like you" By the way he touched his chest and pulled his mouth into a grin- I knew that he had an attraction towards me as well. He came in close for a warm hug.. Our first hug!! Even though I told him that I couldn't afford a radio, he wanted to dance with me despite the fact that the world around us was silent. He told me that it would be just perfect- and it was. The chirping of birds was faint when compared with the loud thumping of my heart stomping inside of my ears. It felt to be there.. holding his hand.. swaying.. and being so close to him like that. When he stopped swaying.. I thought that something was wrong.. but all that happened was a beautiful set of lips that came in and touched mine- it was the softest most wonderful first kiss ever! (say it! "AWWW") We fell in love at the exact same moment in time. I wasted no time in asking him to please come live with me? Of course- he said yes! Finally, all of my dreams are coming true! (and we will all know what 'living comfortably' really means!) No way! A superhero? Yes I would say that living comfortably would suit his income- he brings home $1,225 per day- and he brought $16,000 with him! Our cash total is now $17,753. Finally, I convinced Chandler to give up his snakeskin and let me give him a makeover! This is him before.. And now.. HAWT! WOOHOO! And that is exactly what we did! The following week- I told Chandler that I was expecting his child! And he told me that he was expecting my hand in marriage! Of course I accepted! With our combined money in the bank- we decided that for the time being- we would rather have nice things than useless walls! So we bought a new non-burlap bed and replaced our chairs with a couch. We bought a telescope, a computer, a small dining table and a chesstable. Chandler has been devoting most of his time to maxing out his skills.. and gazing into the heavens. In the meantime I have been skimping on my sleep and working constantly. I wish that I hadn't though, because one night after work I started experiencing horrible stomach pains. The next morning, Chandler took me to the doctor. As I had feared, I was not taking care of myself and had caused my body to end my pregnancy. I was no longer pregnant with my lovers child. Chandler was very worried about me and spent every waking hour to make sure that I was going easy on myself. The following days were spent trying yet again for a little one. Soon, I was again pregnant and thinking about how my second generation will turn out. Chandler never let me out of his sight, and we spent a lot of time picking out baby names. All of this attention almost made up for Chandler asking me to hold off on my career until the baby was born. My girth soon got larger.. Check-ups were proving that the baby and I were both doing well. Soon I was counting down the hours! We both joked about a silly article written by Mary-Sue Pleasant. The article said that if an expectant mother eats cheesecake in her third trimester, she will be more likely to deliver twins. And, even though it was just for fun, Chandler made me a fresh cheesecake and we sat around enjoying it under the Pleasantview sky. Chandler was very excited, but I was very anxious because I was way overdue! But... not 20 minutes later.. I was in labor! And.. tada! A special photo- a look at our first born child! A litte girl that we named Courtney. Aw, she has her mommy's eyes and her daddy's tan skin! OW!! what? CHEESECAKE! Oh my! Our second born.. Shelby! She has my eyes too- but she has my light skin. Geez..I guess that whole cheesecake thing wasn't a myth? Well, life is a little hectic with two babies instead of one. For now, all that we can afford are these two little infant bouncy seats. But, the girls are rarely in them due to the fact that we are always holding them. Here I am, breastfeeding little Courtney. Well, the second generation has officially begun, and we have $28,924 in spending money! Next, we are looking at blueprints for our dream house :) Our new family needs a home! Please join us for part 2.. and see what life has in-store for generation2!! Well, hello! Welcome back to the Pluff lot! As you probably remember- my name is Summer Pluff. This handsome stud standing next to me is my wonderful husband Chandler Pluff. Tons of stuff has happened with my budding legacy since Part 1. Most of you are unaware, but the career that I had begun upon arriving on Pluff lot was carefully left unmentioned. There was a reason for this, and I hate to keep good friends in the dark- but at the time my uppers had sworn me to secracy until I had mastered their ways. Now that I have reached the top of my career, you will be uninformed no longer! Lots of ..*giggle*.. funny stuff happened this generation! And large steps have been taken towards making the Pluff Legacy bigger and better than ever! Except for.. a few things.. like- uh.. Chandler almost losing our little girls' baby pictures! Chandler: "Well, I found them again didn't I?" Summer: Yes well, please be more careful next time Baby- this IS a legacy- and I DO want it to be well remembered. Chandler: Oh, okay.. I understand! But, why are we still standing here? Let's tell the story of Pluff Part 2! And not by just standing here gauking.. Click the next arrow.. and see the story for yourself! So, the last time we saw you, we were making the best of our humble home. And our beautiful daughters Courtney and Shelby were born! With the money that we have been saving.. We hired a construction crew- and had our dream home built! We moved all of the furniture that we had into our freshly painted house. The living room was quite empty, but just having the walls built was enough to give our plot a warm homey feel. Plus- now we could finally give our little princesses the life that they deserve. We settled in quite quickly- Chandler: "Don't drop that hun!" And everything went by so quickly.. That soon, it was past time for the twins to enter toddlerhood! That's Courtney on the left there... and our precious Shelby on the right. Look at our girls! Geez, they just grew up so fast! They are too beautiful for words- and this makes it that much harder knowing that soon we will have to choose between them. One daughter will inherit the entire Pluff legacy... and the other will have to enter the world on her own.. We wasted no time in teaching the girls all of the skills that they would need to survive. Basic potty training was the least of our worries- We had to teach our daughters the ways of the legacy- in ways that toddlers can understand. Languistics was the most difficult- but most important in being able to convey the concept and importance of the Pluff Legacy ways. Summer: "Can I tell them about my job yet???!!!" Chandler: "Of course! Tell away..." TADA!! Can you guess? I work in the time travelling business- and I have the best job of all! I rewrite history itself! Ah! Glad I finally got that off of my chest! I have had to keep it a secret for SO long! So me and Chandler are settled into our careers- at the top level of course! I go to work from 10am to 2pm via helicopter (the space/time continueum type). And Chandler still takes the conventional way to superhero inc. Well, a few years go by, and we are making good finacial advances (we make $16,880 a week!). Our legacy is holding strong! Our second generation is coming along beautifully. Aw! Our family portait! And our second generation's transition into childhood! Make a wish baby! YAY! Shelby grew up well! She is a Sagittarius just like her Daddy. She has 2 neat points, 3 outgoing points, 9 active, 7 playful and 4 nice ones! Here goes Courtney... Aw! My tan little princess! She is a gemini- and has 2 neat and 7 playful points like her sister, 9 outgoing and active points, and 5 nice ones :) For their birthdays, both girls got a little makeover. Here is Courtney- she is my girly-girl. She got highlights and a volumizer put into her hair. And look at her little dress. :) Shelby wanted just the opposite! She wanted her hair cut shorter- with low-lights (so she could play baseball lol) And all she wanted for clothing was capris and T-shirts. Shelby: "I want to travel the world!" Courtney: "Well... you just do that- I will be here taking over the duties of an heiress!" "psst.. why does Mom keep meeting these two men in the backyard?...." Here is Shelby- always with her head in a book! Trying to gain all of the knowledge in the world lol. And.. Courtney lol- what a Show-off! Well, the girls are on their way to being independant. Chandler and I have discussed more children- but we feel that it is too late in our busy lives to think about raising another NEWBORN. So, after awhile, we decided that we would call the local Adoption Agency- and ask for a teenager. Even though he or she couldn't carry on the Pluff bloodline, it would be nice to have another child around- and maybe an older sibling to look out for our twin possible-heiresses! Well, when Martin showed up, we knew he belonged with us! But there was something inside of me wondering why a great kid like him ended up in the system? As soon as he came inside, Martin started cleaning.. I explained to him- "You aren't our maid Martin! LOL You are here so we can love you- to give you a great home- and to give you a great start on a succesful life." -"Besides, Chandler does all of the cleaning! HA!" Well, after the awkwardness wore off, Martin fit right in- and started making friends quickly. We did not exactly have the funds to build an entire new room onto the house, so Martin said that he prefer to sleep in the living room. Here is his little mattress- which he says is quite comfy. Martin fit very well within the Pluff home. But, still, I couldn't help but to wonder.. Why is this great kid not with his family? Why wont he tell me what is going on? There is definately something that Martin is keeping from me. He is constantly writing in a lonely corner.. And one day I caught him crying in the living by himself. I couldn't take this secracy! "What is going on Martin? We are your family now! You do not have to hide your feelings from me.. please tell me what is going on?" "Ah! Summer- you have been so awesome to me! The whole family is great. There is just something that I am going through right now, that is really hurting my heart." I promise that I will let you know what is going on with me! But, later tonight okay? I really need your help- and I dont want to get sent away again- I love this family!" "Martin. Whatever it is, we can fix it. We adopted you because we wanted YOU! We knew that you may have problems.. but you are in this family for good now! We will never send you away!" Now come here and give your MOM a hug! We wont send you away guy.. you're just too darn cute! After that, Martin and I really became close. He was so good with the girls! He walked them home from the bus stop every day... helped them with their homework... and loved them to pieces! We were all best friends by dinnertime that night.. We had a great dinner, but my stomach was turning because I knew that Martin would soon tell us. I did not know what could make anyone send this boy away... but nothing was too much for me- this kid belongs in this family! Later, after dinner, the three of us met outside in the backyard. "Okay Martin, let it all out. We are here to listen." Chandler: "Yeah son! Come on, please tell us?" He broke down in tears.. it hurt me just to see him so crushed like that. Martin: *Wailing!* "I don't even know how to tell you this! My whole life I have been a good kid. I study hard! My parents are people that live in the public eye, and they are never around. So, every night I spent looking at the stars.. they were so beautiful! But.. tragedy struck. Soon after I became a teenager, and the last night that I ever looked through a telescope.. a huge glowing disc came down from the sky! I don't really remember anything but being smacked back down onto the wet grass! I told my parents, but they said nothing to me- they took me to a doctor.. and after that they had the police come take me away from home. My Mom's last words were, 'you have something unknown growing inside of you- and your father and I cannot deal with that kind of attention... you are now to be named Martin- goodbye.' I will never forget that!" Martin: "I did not want to tell you, but it is true, I am uh.. pregnant :( with.. what I can only guess is an alien? I did not want for you to have to deal with this- it is bad enough that you have to pay for me to freeload here- I cannot ask you to pay for this accident as well!" Summer: "Martin (or??) this is not about money- this is about you! Our decision still stands, you are our son! Pregnant or not, we promise to always help you!" Chandler: "Yeah! Plus, think about who you are talking to *chuckle* I am a superhero, and Summer over there is a timetraveller! We aren't exactly normal- you are probably more normal than we are!" Give me a hug son! This will be kinda like.. our grandchild? Kinda? LOL! The next evening, we explained Martin's situtation to the girls. Courtney was mostly just excited that we were getting a new family member! Well, though it was slightly strange, Martin's belly soon grew. I must admit it was kind of awkward having a pregnant teenage boy waddling around the house and racing us to the toilet! lol Hey Martin! I said, Me and your dad got the baby a swing! I hope you like it! Martin: "Oh wow Mom! This is great! I am so excited- now that I don't have to hide it anymore- I have to say that I am sorta excited about having a kid of my own! I don't want for you or dad to feel burdened- when this little guy or girl gets here.. please give me the chance to completely care for it on my own? Okay?" And, so far he was doing a good job of taking care of himself. He took all of his vitamins and ate 3 square meals a day. Martin grew quite quickly.. And sure enough, three days had passed and bright and early at 7am- Martin went into labor! Wow! Yes I am pretty sure that this baby is out of this world! It was a bouncing.. baby boy! And Martin named him Tobias Pluff! He was a very good Daddy! (even alien babies are little stinkers!) He was so precious while he was sleeping! *ZZzzZzzzzzz....* With all of the new arrivals, we decided to add on to our house. We now had a place to put all of the skills equipment.. And a place where we could start harvesting money trees! "Mmmmoney! $$$$$$$$$" *pluck... plop.. ..snatch!* And finally, the Pluff lot has a pool built! I am sure that all 8 of the other generations will be quite grateful! We started working on generation portraits! (this way, when uh- all of the founders and heirs pass away :( we will have a gallery of all of their faces hung up to be remembered and thanked forever!) And Courtney is working on her creativity skill as well.. and her uh.. body skill? Here is her finished picture! Isn't that her? That is definately her green dress lol Martin always thought of Tobias first. He saved all of his allowance to buy little Toby a cradle that really rocks! And soon.. the little guy was due to become a toddler! tada! He is sO cute! look at his little ears lol He slept often.. and every day Martin proved to be a great Dad- and got ever closer to being best friends with his little boy. I worked hard on my creativity skill- But I guess I should have worked on my mechanical skill.. "Way to go Sum!" Shut up Chan..... Well, the girls were growing quickly, Shelby finally grew a little more hair and was showing maturity. (What kid reads the newspaper?) Thanksgiving was here... and the day happened to be the same one as.. The twins birthday!!! We invited the guests.. and broke out the radio! We found out that Martin does a great smustle! LOL If not at least.. a great smustle FACE? Shelby: "And.. why are these two here again?" Courtney: "Uh... who cares! Its our birthday!" Shelby: "Yeah... lol I guess.. teenagers coming through!" C: I think Mom is gonna choose the Heiress! S: Yeah.. I dont.. Why are you thinking about that right now? Its our party! Duh! Cuz im gonna be the heir.. im gonna be the heir.... Um.. we'll see about that.. Okay well, um- birthday? Lets get a move on! Both girls take their places.. Twins: "GOOD LUCK!" I wish for... heirship? Let me see... duh! I wanna be the heir! Please no acne.. please no acne.. OH! SCORE! No acne AND Im not flat-chested! Heir.. heir.. heir.. OOH LA LA! Right away Courtney had to do something cool to her "teen-hair" And of course Shelby did too. Summer: "GIRLS!!! Come out here... in the backyard.. we have something to talk about.." Chandler: "Okay.. girls, you know that all of our decisions are for the good of the legacy, and for your own good... Please- look to you you left.. and to your right.." Summer: "These men have been thoroughly checked out through your fathers criminal check, and have been raised, as have you- to be honorable, legacy-worthy people. I have used my career advantages to bring these gentlemen back from this moment -here- to show them your lives from infants to children. These men have been chemically, physically and emotionally prepared to be matched up with you girls.." Chandler: "Before you say anything, you must know that these men are perfectly made for you- and will be successful in carrying on the Pluff legacy standards! You girls are well-aware of the responsibilty that you each own... " Summer: "Myself and your father have been setting money aside.. we have arranged to have two bungalows built right here on the lot.. they will be rather small.. but sufficient. The men will be moving in, and Summer- you will be sharing a bungalow with Dylan- the man on your right. Shelby, you will be housed together with Austin- the man on YOUR right. There, all four of you will live, perfectly matched couples. From this experience- we- your parents- will choose a daughter to become the heiress of Pluff Lot... So, the challenge begins.." Make your moves carefully- take into consideration how your actions will make your heiress abilities appear.. ...... "Don't walk away girls.." Twins: "But! We don't even get to choose whom we run the legacy with? YEAH! This is totally unrealisitic! And unfair!" UGH! Summer: "Don't slump girls.. your attitudes, dominant genes, reproduction ability, temperment, and your overall relationship success with these men will ultimately determine which sister becomes the leader and choice-maker over Pluff Legacy- with respective control over the family lot and all of the family's fortune. Once the heiress is chosen, she will choose whether her sister will remain on the lot- though the sister that fails has the choice to leave on her own- and may decided whether or not she chooses to accept her chosen mate." So.. who will be the Heiress of Pluff Legacy? Will it be Courtney? Dark skin, blue eyes, Pleasure-seeking aspiration? Or could it be Shelby? Light skinned, blue eyed, popularity aspiration? What will become of Martin? Little Tobias? Will an heir be chosen before Summer and Chandler grow old and gray-- will there be a successor at all? Or will the entire Pluff legacy consisting of 2 generations and $83,112 go down the drain despite the efforts of Summer and Chandler Pluff? Summer: "Well! You will have to wait for part three! LOL I hope you enjoyed Part 2.. Thank you for taking the time to read about Pluff legacy.. and remember to tune in for the results of the relationship challenge! An heiress is coming!"

That was really presented well and creatively. I liked the main characters narrating. Do you think you will have them narrate for the whole legacy as elders and even after they pass away. Ghost narrators! Can't wait for Pt.3. \:rah\:

    On Jun 5, 2006 clubrocker247 wrote:

I was thinking about that. What do you all think? Do you think that they should still narrate as ghosts? lol Actually that would be neat because then when i finish the legacy, Summer can comment on her entire legacy despite the fact that she is a ghost lol.
