When we left off, Rose had just called me to tell me that we needed to talk. Jason was at work, so I invited her over.

When we left off, Rose had just called me to tell me that we needed to talk. Jason was at work, so I invited her over. When she arrived, Rose explained that she couldn't support Daisy alone and that Jason's child support wasn't enough to pay the bills. I sympathized, but suggested that she might want to get a job. Then, Rose asked to come live with Jason and I. I told her that I'd talk it over with Jason, and I left for work. I couldn't help thinking that Rose had something else in mind. At the time I didn't know this, but Rose stuck around until Jason got home. She begged him to let she and Daisy come stay with us until he said that he would convice me. She was so excited that she kissed him. Apparently he still had feelings for her too. Jason was surprised to see me when I got home from work.
"What's wrong?" I asked. "You're blue...and you're pregnant!!" He exclaimed.
I was soo excited; this was the first sign that I had that I was a pixie.
"Maybe I'll get my wings!" Jason and I sat down with Rose to discuss the prospect of letting her move in. We decided that she and Daisy could stay in the in-law suite. Rose was so happy that she hugged us both. But there was a twinkle in her eye that made me think that she wasn't just happy because of our decision.
