The last time we left Dallas he'd just slapped Lilly across the face. He knew he was in big trouble, especially when Lilly said he'd never see the children unless he went through a court. He made it worse by hitting her, no court in the land would give him custody of his children now. The only way to prove he was a good father was to prove he could keep a stable relationship.

Although Dallas was dating Clover he hadn't been faithful. Not at all. When she went out to do her modelling work he'd sleep with other women. And not just one... ...but woman... ...after woman... ...after woman... it really did seem like he didn't have feelings for anyone. It looked like Dallas might have had a problem controlling himself. He knew he had to get his act together if he ever wanted to see his children. Even though he was annoyed that Clover may have destroyed the letter from Lilly about his children at the moment she was the only woman around who would say yes if he proposed. So he did and she did say yes. They had to get married as soon as possible and Clover would have to start dressing a little more mumsy and a little less modelly. And this was as close to mumsy as Clover was prepared to get. She didn't really understand why Dallas was fighting for children he didn't really want. It wasn't until he explained that he wanted to prove to Lilly that the courts would let him have them that she agreed to be 'mumsy'. Clover was always game for a round of revenge. What Dallas didn't know was that in the beginning Clover had only been interested in his money. She'd been using him for her thousands of simoleons worth of new designer clothes, shoes and jewlery... but she'd slowly fallen for him over the months. She'd been working hard to make a name for herself so she could buy nice things for him with her own money. She was over the moon he'd proposed. She though that he loved her too... she didn't know the engagement was part of the revenge plan. But recently Clover had been finding herself being sick quite often. It was probably the chinese take away they'd had the other night. Clover was worried what Dallas was getting himself into. She was worried he might even end up in jail. What would she do if her fiance went to jail? She'd have nowhere to live. She couldn't go back to Crystal's house now and she needed to stay in Riverdale for her job connections. It was a few months later that Clover realised she was pregnant. Dallas was not happy. He screamed at her for ruining his chances of getting back at Lilly by taking her children away from her. Clover was horrified as Dallas broke up with her right there on spot. He told her to get out and have her baby somewhere where she wouldn't ruin his life. Clover sobbed as Dallas yanked the ring off her finger and pushed her towards the door. But where would she go?
