After thinking alot Paige realised it wasn't Riverdale that was making her sad, but being in her mother's house. Whenever she stayed with friends she was fine, but back home her heart missed her mother so much she'd do nothing but cry. Everything reminded her of her mother in that house. So she pack up all her stuff and moved into the new apartment block that had just been finished in Riverdale.

After thinking alot Paige realised it wasn't Riverdale that was making her sad, but being in her mother's house. Whenever she stayed with friends she was fine, but back home her heart missed her mother so much she'd do nothing but cry. Everything reminded her of her mother in that house. So she pack up all her stuff and moved into the new apartment block that had just been finished in Riverdale. Her new apartment was large and spacious. It was also on the top floor. She'd rented her mother's house to a girlband called 'Simbabes' who were trying to make it onto the music scene. At least here she was away from Lilly's house. A few hours after she moved in she got a phone call on her mobile from Stephen. He told her what happened to Dallas. She felt a little pang of sadness inside but her hatred for him stopped her from greiving. She still missed her mother and Preston too much to care about Dallas. But Stephen explained that Dallas's will stated that he'd left the house to Paige. Another shock! She told Stephen he could live there if he wanted to or she'd have the place demolished. So Stephen stayed at Dallas's. Paige was trying hard to relax but all she could hear was annoying music coming through the floor. It sounded like a band practicing. The company she was renting from hadn't told her anything about band practices in the building. As she got downstairs she was greeted by none other than DRAKE CARTER from the boyband Dare! She'd always been a huge fan when she was younger. She'd grown up listening to their stuff. They'd taken a little break from music but now they were back all grown up and playing their own instruments. Paige was gobsmacked. Drake had always been her favourite member. She'd had quite a crush on him and now he was standing here in the flesh, flashing that dazzling smile of his and winking his dreamy blue eyes. And as he kissed the back of her hand to introduce himself Paige was all shaky with excitment. Even though as a model she'd met her fair share of famous people. Her mother had been engaged to a famous actor when she was younger but meeting her all time star crush was a bit more exciting then some boring after show party. Drake introduced her to the rest of the band. Andy Celler now played the drums & brothers Ricky McLain on the piano and Eddie McLain on the bass. Drake of course played lead guitar and sung lead vocals. Just like he had when they'd been an all singing all dancing boyband. She had to admit that she still thought they were the best band in the world. She was thrilled she was going to be living in the same apartment block as these guys and maybe she'd even get to ask Drake out on a date if she plucked up the courage. And as a thank for you letting her watch them practice she made them some dinner as all of them confessed that they couldn't cook and had been living on take away for the past week. And Paige got to know them all as they took a break from practice and sat down to the tasty dinner she'd cooked for them. It looked like things were looking up for Paige. No more being sad. And even after dinner when they asked her to stick around to watch TV the only thing she could watch was Drake. She was smitten with him. And when Drake walked her back up to her apartment he gave her a soft kiss. Paige was floating on air. The following morning when Drake invited her out for breakfast Paige almost bit his hand off at the chance to spend some time alone with Drake. A few moment alone last night had resulted in the softest and most tender kiss she'd ever experienced. Drake aplogised for his behavour the night before. He explained to Paige that he never should've kissed her since they'd only known each other for such a short amount of time. Paige agreed because she didn't want to seem desperate but she secretly enjoyed every second. The one afternoon Paige had an amazing idea. She told they boys they could use her spare room to set up their instruments and practice there. It was much better than trying to cram their stuff into their living room and constantly tripping over it. So they set up their portable stage and instruments and practiced there. And Paige would usually have a good dance to make the boys laugh. She just loved spending time with all of them... but especially Drake. She was dissapointed that he didn't want them to be more then friends but she wasn't about to beg. She even got so used to the sound of them practicing that she'd fall asleep and it wouldn't even bother her. But the fact that Drake wasn't interested in her did. And one afternoon as she slept she came up with a really great plan. She got straight on the phone. The boys didn't start the new tour for another two months. They'd been practicing really hard recently and Paige thought they deserved a break. A nice island break. A holiday would be the perfect way to make Drake notice her as more than the girl upstairs wouldn't it?

    oooo... scheming little Paige. Okay she's not all that bad... she just likes Drake alot. Before you get all stressed... Drake isn't a player... he's a nice guy (makes a change). Do you think being on holiday will make Drake fall for Paige?
