After writing seven parts to The Chronicles of the Carr Family, I thought it was time to do a quick recap. This will catch you up for future parts if you haven't been following the series and would like to begin (without reading seven parts). Or it will remind you of some of the milestones that have taken place in the lives of the Carr family.

Trevor and Tina Carr moved to Meadowbrook with their son, Todd. They were looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Trevor was an avid astronomer and had wished to go to Strangetown, but compromised with his wife and moved back to their hometown. Shortly after moving into town, Trevor was on their roof gazing at the stars when a strong force pulled him into the sky. He had been abducted by aliens. As the months passed, Trevor nocticed that he was putting on a lot of weight. His wife, Tina, also noticed that he was putting on a large amount of weight. Tina was expecting a child any day and wished that Trevor was more supportive. After laughing at Tina for speculating that he might be pregnant, Trevor found himself having an intense pain. A few hours later, a green baby boy was born. Trevor wasn't sure how it had happened but he had given birth to an alien baby. Tina went into labor pains shortly after Trevor gave birth. A baby girl was born. Trevor named the baby boy Evan and Tina gave the little girl the name of Adele. Tina had always wanted a girl. With two new family members, Tina suggested that they move to a bigger house. Trevor allowed Tina to custom design a new house for the family to move into. The babies quickly grew into toddlers. They were growing up quite well, thanks to Tina and Todd. Trevor was consumed in finding out how his miracle birth had happened. This was causing Tina and Trevor to argue constantly. She felt that he should put his family at the top of his priority list, while he felt he could make them famous by discovering the secret of aliens. After a second abduction, Trevor experienced a rude awakening and decided that he might want to try to rekindle things with his wife. He was making small gestures to bring their relationship back to the way it used to be. It didn't take long for Tina to realize that her husband was putting on weight once again. Since he had been lying to her about the abduction, she asked him to move out temporarily. Trevor found him a small one-bedroom home with hopes of soon rejoining his family. It took several months of being alone but Trevor finally won Tina over. In a romantic gesture, he asked her to remarry him. Since he was due to give birth any day, the two hurried along the wedding preparations. On their wedding night, Trevor gave birth to a baby girl, whom Tina named Elaine. Despite everything, Tina had grown quite close to Evan and looked forward to raising another baby. Within months, Tina broke the news to Trevor that they were going to be adding another addition to the family. She was pregnant. Todd had recently moved out to go to college so they had more room in their house. Tina was growing quite fond of Elaine. She didn't mind taking care of her while Trevor was at work, especially since he was doing his part as well. Trevor and Tina weren't quite ready for twins but that's what Tina gave birth to - twin boys. What had once been a house with too many rooms was quickly becoming a small house. Following the twins' birth, Trevor made a decision to do something he had always wanted to do - open a store. Tina was estatic because it meant that he had finally given up on visiting aliens and would have more time for the family. Following the funeral of Trevor's dad, the Carrs had an unexpected visitor. During lunch one day, the doorbell rang and Tina went to answer it, finding a green woman on the other side of the door.

This is where we last left the Carr family. Please keep in mind that this is a short recap of a seven-part series. If you have noticed some gaps, they can be filled in by reading the other parts. I am working on Part 8 of the series. I hope to get Part 8 of the Chronicles and Part 2 of The College Years (the series that follows Todd at college) out soon. Keep an eye out for them. Thanks for reading!
