What would you do if one day an alien spaceship landed in the middle of your town? Would you organize a welcome party or would you run away scared? The City Council of Sunset Valley decided that the best course of action would be to evict the aliens, take over their flying saucer and sell it as an exclusive residence to whoever can afford it.
