Lucy thought. 'I never really had many friends... maybe I should ask dad if I can go out tomorrow!' Thats what she decided to do.

Lucy thought. 'I never really had many friends... maybe I should ask dad if I can go out tomorrow!' Thats what she decided to do. Lucy dreamt and dreamt about going out. 'What if I meet a boy? What will I say?' All these thoughts were rushing through her head. The sun was nearly up and she needed to get ready! "Dad, can I go out to meet some friends today?" Lucy asked. Her father smiled back at her and replied with, "of course! There can't be any harm in that. Just don't speak to any strange adults!" "Thanks dad!" She said as she hugged him. "And don't worry, I'll be fine! 'Ok, I'm here.' She thought, 'now to start looking!' Unfourtunantly, what Lucy didn't know, was this was one of the most unpopular places in Bluewater village! She did meet someone though. She was called Kendra. They seemed to get along fine. After talking to Kendra for a while, she met a man called Jason. He seemed nice so they chatted for a while. Befor Lucy left for home she said aloud to noone in paticular "I'm gonna skip some grades and go straight to collage!" When Lucy came home, she spoke to Adam about her idea.
"Well..." He said thoughtfully "You are overachiving, it couldn't harm too much. Why not? What do you think Aiyana?" I think it is a great idea..." She replied with. "Our little girl going off to collage! She's so smart!" "Thanks mum...Dad." She said preparing to see if she could get any scholars. Lucy slept well that night, with thoughts of collage going through her mind. Lucy studied all she needed to know. She didn't want to look stupid did she? No she most certainly did not! Lucy was accepted into collage with 5 scholarships. It was one of the happiest days of her life! Lucy finally decided, 'I'm going to collage here and now!' "Wow... Off to collage... I guess I'm happy for her... And I'm sure she'll call!" Adam suddenly cheered up about Lucy going away. "Goodbye sweetie..." Aiyana said as she looked out the window. Lucy was off to collage. Away from her parents.
