I want to thank each & every one of the people who read these stories. An extra thanks to everyone who leave comments. The biggest thanks go to MINImike for letting me use his laptop (it's the ONLY reason I'm able to play Sims 2 at all let alone continue to write this story. Thanks to windkeeper for the wheelchair and all the other artists for all of the great custom content.

Thanks to windkeeper for the wheelchair and all the other artists for all of the great custom content. Jenny: I'm going to talk to Matt some more at dinner. I'll make salmon and ask Matt about his appointment. I think he's not being 100% honest with me. Jenny: A dash of this.......and a splash of that......and voila.......a special dinner for my special Matt. Jenny: See! I knew I could cook. Stove caught on fire with a cake in the oven.......ha! Salmon is way harder to get right than a simple layer cake. Jenny: Hey honey.
Matt: Hey whattie(Q)
Jenny: Dinner! I made something special! Matt: Oh my! Oh. Mmmm. This is Heavenly!
Jenny: Thank you sweetheart.
Matt: Oh my Dad & I used to fish while camping, and I always thought THAT was the best salmon ever.......you know "fresh from the stream". YOURS though is WAY better!
Jenny: Awww. Thanks honey.
Matt: You're welcome.
Jenny: Say......uh. I was wanting to talk to you. Matt: About having a baby(Q) Jenny: NO. Not THIS time.
Matt: Well then what is it(Q) Jenny: What went on earlier today(Q) At your appointment(Q) I thought I saw PT Brian outside the hospital looking for someone......but he was supposed to be with YOU.
Matt: He wanted to get a consult on my case. Jenny: Wh'd need to read your charts(Q)
Matt: Well......not the.......charts. More like.......uh.......me. Jenny: Matt......what are you NOT telling ME(Q)
Matt: Oh I just have a little problem.......no big deal.
Jenny: Matt(Q) ANYTHING to do with YOU.......IS a big deal. At least to me. Don't you trust me(Q)
Matt: I DO trust YOU!
Jenny: But you didn't trust me enough to tell me the truth. Matt: I'm sorry. It wasn't that I was TRYING to be dishonest with you. I just didn't want to bother you with it.
Jenny: Matt. NOTHING to do with you are taking care of you is "a bother". Honey......please. Don't keep things from me.
Matt: I won't EVERY again. I promise that I'll be honest with you from now on.
Jenny: So what was REALLY going on(Q)
Matt: I'll show it to you. Brian already got Dr. Beardley to look at it.......oh AND lecture me. I'll show it to you though. (The next morning)
Jenny: Poor Matt. Those sores look real painful! Poor thing. I didn't know that his wheelchair could hurt him. Well like Grammy always said "Either you learn something new everyday or you're wasting a perfectly good brain". Well I just learned something new. Jenny: You about dressed(Q)
Matt: Yeah why(Q)
 Jenny: Eggs! Anyone hungry(Q) Matt: My taste buds still haven't come out of the clouds from the salmon.
Jenny: (giggled at the way Matt said it) Thanks honey. I hope the eggs wont let you down. Matt: How could they(Q) I haven't had food this good since I ate my Mom's cooking.
Jenny: That's sweet. Matt: I feel kinda stiff. Like it may decide to rain.
Jenny: I haven't heard about any rain in the forecast. Matt: Well I sure hope it'll stay sunny. Jenny: I hope it doesn't rain. I don't want you hurting......but I'd really like to get a few errands done if we can.
Matt: Errands like what(Q) Jenny: Well I need to stop off at the library or else have some late book charges. Matt: Well why'd you wait till the last minute honey(Q) You know I can't always predict whether I'll feel up to running errands or not.
Jenny: I didn't mean too. Obviously! I just got so busy after the fire and then trying to get that class taken.........I just lost track of time, set it on the back burner. Jenny: I was also thinking of going to pick up some new music.
Matt: That sounds OK. I think I can handle just 2 or 3 stops........but any more than that'll be pushing it I think. Jenny: Honey I love you. And if it IS too much for you........just tell me.
Matt: I'll be OK
Jenny: OK. Well then let me put the leftovers away and hop in the shower.......then we can go.
Matt: OK Matt: I think I heard a diesel engine! OH MY GOD I DID! HE'S HERE!!! Matt: I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU FOR FOREVER! Matt: OH BOY OH BOY!!! Matt: WOOPIEEEE!!!!! Jenny: MATT!!!!!!!
Matt: What(Q) Jenny: I know you're excited but geeze honey......you trying to kill me(Q)
Matt: No.
Jenny: You sure(Q) Cuz you just about scared me to death.
Matt: Sorry honey. I was just excited and got tunnel vision.
(still out of breath)
Jenny: That's OK babe. You won't be getting a new wheelchair THAT often thank goodness.
Matt: Wow! Sey mr. (Q) This looks almost TOO BIG.
Delivery man: Well according to the paperwork there is a lot of packaging material to keep things from shifting. I show 3 boxes; 1 base, 1 box with wheels, and 1 more box to put accessory peices.
Jenny: Will you please put them inside(Q)
Delivery driver: Yes ma'am. Sure thing. Matt: Thank you.
Delivery man: You're welcome. Good day sir. Matt: You have a nice day too. Matt: Oh my God! This chair is a work of art!!!
Jenny: I can tell you're super excited.
Matt: I am! I am!
Jenny: Well I'll go ahead and put it together and THEN take my shower.
Matt: DEAL!!!
Jenny: You can show me all the nice things about it once I get out.......OK(Q)
Matt: OK.
Jenny: I have GOT to wash my hair........yuck. (Jenny had only been in the shower for 5 minutes)
Matt: Hey honey........are you done yet(Q)
Jenny: Not quite.
Matt: (a disapointed sigh) Oh.......OK. Jenny: Just give me another 5 or 10 minutes. I'm hurrying. (after what seemed like an hour to Matt <6min actually> Jenny finally imerged)

Jenny: OK. Show me. Matt: Look at me knees! They're not up too high anymore! My legs were too long for the ohter one.......but this one I fit perfectly........just like a glove.
Jenny: So this makes you more comfortable(Q)
Matt: Yeah that AND since my legs can be in a more natural possition, the skin on the back of my knee will be able to breathe better.........no more rubbing against the chair on the backs of my ankles either. The footrests kept my legs too far bent and that was a big part of why I got those sores.
 Jenny: So they'll go away now(Q)
Matt: They should. I've got the topical ointment to use in the meanwhile.
Jenny: Well........I guess I'm just going to have to inspect.........(with a wink) EVERY INCH OF YOUR BODY.
Matt: (with a cocky smile) Darn. Gee........what every will I do(Q) Matt: I'm sure I'll be fine. In fact I'm still a bit achey BUT.......I'd still like to go out.
Jenny: OK
Matt: Besides........I want to test out the new wheels. I love this new chair! It's well worth the investment.
Jenny: Well I'm ready when you're ready.........now that I'm not in the SHOWER. (with a laught) Matt: Let's go then.

    This wheelchair (along with the older one he HAD) is a windkeeper item. Also (not shown......the votes said blue instead of red) gayle_afcb_ made a nice set of recolors for windkeepers new chair.
